Get beyond regret

It's helpful to feel a little regret. But it is foolish to dwell on that regret.

When you look back on the last year, or month, or decade, and see some things you regret, go ahead and feel that regret. Then harness the energy of that regret to create a more positive, fulfilling reality for your life.

Regrets teach you about your mistakes in a compelling, personally meaningful way. Go ahead, learn their lessons, and transform your past mistakes into new successes.

Feel your regrets, and be truly thankful for them. Feel your regrets, and then feel the joy and possibility of knowing that you can move positively beyond them, beginning immediately.

Regrets are painful echoes of the past. Fortunately, you are situated in the present, where you can take effective action that's fully informed by your wisdom and experience.

Feel the regrets, and then quickly redirect their energy into meaningful and productive pursuits. Learn from your regrets, act on your knowledge, and soon you'll have nothing at all to regret.

Transform limitations

Every limitation is nothing more than a situation you've chosen to consider as, and to handle as, a limiting factor. Though you often cannot change the underlying situation, you can quickly and easily change the way you perceive and deal with it.

The very definition of a limitation is something that can stop you or hinder you. As such, the reason anything becomes a limitation is because you assume it to be a limitation.

However, you can always choose to make a different assumption. You can decide to focus on the positive possibilities, and to make use of them in moving forward.

Yes, life is very often difficult, complicated and challenging. Yet for every factor that threatens to hold you back, there are dozens of other possibilities for moving forward.

The limitations are not really what hold you back. To the degree that you are hindered, it is because you put more focus, energy and effort into negative thoughts and excuses than into positive possibilities and effective actions.

Sure, life is tough, but you have what it takes to create great value and fulfillment no matter what the obstacles. Remind yourself often of your own positive power, and transform every limitation into a reason to succeed.

Just because

Just because you don't know how, doesn't mean you can't. There is much you can learn by simply getting started, and you have plenty of ways to learn even more.

Just because it's difficult and complicated, doesn't mean it's impossible. For you are able to make a little progress, one step at a time, then make a little more and a little more, until the goal is reached.

Just because something is standing in your way, doesn't mean it has to stop you. The fact is, you can take the necessary actions to get beyond whatever obstacles may confront you.

Just because people tell you that it can't be done, or that you can't do it, doesn't mean they are correct. Remind yourself, again and again, that you can do what you choose to do, making use of your commitment, thoughts, and actions.

Just because there is strife and pain and negativity in the world, doesn't mean you have to give up on life. You can change your own life, and many, many other lives for the better, when you decide to do so.

Just because you've been reckless or frustrated or disappointed in the past, doesn't mean the future has to be that way. Today is a new day, your life is yours to live, and there's no limit to the goodness and joy you can now create.

Do something positive

Worrying about what you don't want will not keep it from happening. In fact, by focusing your worry on what you don't want you actually give more power and possibility to it.

Wishing for what you do want will not bring it about. Constant wishing can prevent you from getting what you want by taking away time, effort and focus that could be spent on effective action.

The reliable, proven strategy for avoiding what you don't want and for getting what you do want is the same. Do something positive about it.

The way to get it done is to get busy working on it right now. The way to make a difference is to take focused, purposeful, persistent action.

You are fully capable, and uniquely inspired, to act in your own best interest and in support of the things you care about. So instead of wishing or worrying your time away, get busy doing something positive and effective.

Make constructive use of your valuable time. Use it to do something positive, and move your life and your world in the direction of your choice.

No guarantees

Even when you can't be certain of what it is, you can be sure that there's a way forward. Even when there are no guarantees, there are plenty of reasons to be confident.

When the situation is far from perfect, that's the perfect time to make progress. For when there is much to be desired, there is much that can be accomplished.

Adversity does not prevent or preclude achievement. On the contrary, it is when things are not right that there is the greatest motivation to make improvements.

Stop wishing or waiting for conditions to be perfect. Accept and embrace the situation for what it is, and get busy making positive use of it.

When things go wrong, that's not the time to complain. It's the time to innovate and commit to making valuable improvements.

When there's much that must be done, that's the very definition of opportunity. Make the effort to make things better, and you can make things great.

Creative approach

When you're faced with a tough problem, get creative. When you're confronted with a difficult challenge, that's your chance to take a creative approach.

Don't get your thoughts bogged down in the difficulty of the situation. Instead, get enthusiastic about the creative possibilities.

Don't get trapped into overanalyzing what's already been done. Take advantage of the opportunity you now have, and create a completely new approach.

You never have to be stopped by those who say it can't be done. With a positive creative approach, it can indeed be done.

Step back, give yourself some perspective, and open your mind to all the possibilities, even the ones that seem outrageous. When you're confident that you'll come up with a creative solution, you will.

History is filled with examples of people who have used creativity to turn negative situations into positive value. Get creative, and you can do the same.

A peaceful moment

The conflicts, disappointments and frustrations of the past do not matter now. Let them go, and feel the peace within.

Your worrisome thoughts of lack and limitation are nothing more than thoughts. Remind yourself that you have always been, and always are, more than enough.

Though you have the responsibility to deal with life's challenges, you also have the power to feel life's immense beauty. No matter what is asked of you, the unique beauty of your life is worth every effort.

Give yourself a peaceful moment, and feel the power of your best possibilities. Give yourself a peaceful moment, and feel authentic, limitless love for all you have and for all that is.

Experience how good it is to simply be. From the power of that experience, let sincere joy flow out from you and fill your world.

In pure, unconditional peace, there is great strength. In this moment, feel the strength and give to life the gift of peace.

Every small detail

The possibilities that become reality are the ones to which you give meaning and focus. The goals you fully achieve are the ones you truly desire.

The world where you live is the world you choose with your thoughts, your actions, your attention and your commitment. What you experience depends on what you set as priorities.

You cannot fill your thoughts with negativity and expect to achieve positive results. Who you truly are on the inside drives your experience of the world on the outside.

Integrity is more than just a platitude. It is an indisputable and inescapable fact of existence.

Every small detail of your life makes up the whole of your life. Each moment is an opportunity to align those details with what's most important to you.

Choose in every situation and in every detail to support and reinforce the best of who you know you can be. Act as though everything you do creates the life you live, because it does.

Embrace the goodness

Today, life is more beautiful and meaningful than it has ever been. Right now, the possibilities for richness and fulfillment are greater than at any other time.

Whatever may seem to have been lost has not really been lost. For the beauty and wonder of it all are still very much alive in your heart.

The frustrations and disappointments are possible only because you are certain of how very good life can be. Life's goodness is real, and there is no end to how much of that goodness you can continue to create.

Love is your true nature. The more love you give, the richer and more meaningful your life continues to grow.

See the beauty, follow the possibilities, and feel the love as it flows through your world. Remember, again and again, how truly magnificent it all is.

Rise above the petty distractions and live true to the best of who you are. Embrace the goodness and make it ever more abundant.

You can do

You can see, you can feel, you can imagine, and you can create. You can wonder, you can love, you can be amazed, and you can understand.

There is so much you can do. There is so much value you can bring to life in your very own, unique way.

When circumstances bring you down, you don't have to stay down. You can pick yourself up, and move yourself positively forward, again and again.

What you don't know, you can learn. What you must have, you can find or create.

You can forge meaningful, lasting connections with others, and greatly multiply the richness in life. You can cooperate and collaborate and bring about magnificent achievements.

Life can be challenging and difficult, and will ask much of you. That's a great opportunity, because there is so much you can do.

The magic in each moment

The gentle rain falls, and life sings a new song. The cool breeze blows, setting all the world in motion with its invisible hand.

The magic in each moment cannot be explained or defined. Yet it is easy and wonderful to feel.

Certainly life can be painful and inconvenient, frustrating and disappointing. Still, it is absolutely worth all the trouble and more.

In each moment there is unique and endless richness, if you'll merely open yourself to it. Though it is wonderful and beneficial to do more and more, it is also more than enough just to be.

Whatever you have, wherever you are, there is much for which to be thankful. In the ups and downs, in the certainties and in the mysteries, there are always great treasures to be found.

Allow the magic of this moment to fill your awareness and to nourish your spirit. And joyfully realize how truly rich you are.

With persistence

Persist, and small actions lead to big results. Persist, and you make time work in your favor.

If you give up after the first or second attempt, your level of success will be mediocre at best. When you persist for as long as it takes, you're able to create magnificent, outstanding achievements.

Persistence is not a complicated or inaccessible strategy. All you have to do is choose to keep going.

After a successful day, instead of resting on your accomplishments, keep going. After a disappointing day, instead of wallowing in self pity, keep going.

Persist, and the small steps forward add together to create great advances. Persist, and even the setbacks will eventually work in your favor.

Set your sights on a worthy, meaningful goal, and persist. With persistence, you can take yourself anywhere you choose.

Be real and be effective

The way to be passionate is to be honest. True passion comes from true purpose.

If you only pretend to be passionate, what have you really accomplished? You've merely managed to be ineffective at something you didn't want to do anyway.

You have the power and the ability to do great things. It just makes sense to direct that power into what really matters.

Why waste your time faking it just so you can look good? You can use your time to follow a sincere and authentic path that will bring you the life you truly desire.

The best way to be is to be real. Anything else is certain to eventually bring frustration and disappointment.

Be real, be honest, and be willing to admit with your words and your actions what is truly important to you. Be real, and live at your most effective and fulfilled level.

A chance to improve

Don't see it as a problem. See it as a chance to improve.

You can always learn from where you are, whether it is where you want to be or not. You can always learn from what you attempt, whether it brings the results you intended or not.

Don't spend a lot of time regretting your mistakes. Instead, transform those mistakes into improvements.

Little by little, day by day, you can constantly make improvements in your life. Very quickly, those improvements add up to create great new value in your world.

When things are going well, be thankful, and harness the energy of your gratitude to make improvements. When times are tough, use the energy of your frustration as a catalyst for making positive improvements.

Gratefully accept what is, and then look for ways to improve it. Keep reaching higher, and you'll continue moving higher.

Make life good

Your resentment gives more power and influence to whatever you resent. Is that really what you want?

There's no reason why a negative situation has to make you negative. You always have plenty of other options.

You don't have to let your attitude be poisoned by other people, situations, or events. You can choose a positive, powerful perspective no matter what.

You don't have to let your life be thrown into a turmoil by every little thing that happens. Instead, you can decide to be directed by a deep and abiding sense of true purpose.

Remember who you are, and why you are, and what's important to you. Focus a little more on what matters, and a little less on what just arbitrarily comes your way.

Live on purpose, live with purpose, and with constant, loving attention to that purpose. You can make life good in your own way no matter what.

Figure it out

Life can be complicated, frustrating, unfair and highly arbitrary, and that can make it extremely difficult to know what's best to do. Yet you have the ability, and the opportunity, to figure it out.

Plenty of people will be happy to give you advice, and much of that advice can be quite valuable. No one, however, can consider that advice from your unique perspective and apply it to your life as well as you can.

If you always depend on someone else to tell you what to do, your life will be long on resentment and frustration, and short on fulfillment. To enjoy real success and achievement, you must spend the time and effort to figure it out for yourself.

It is a serious, essential responsibility, and if you choose to see it as a burden, it will be. Yet you can just as realistically choose to see it as an opportunity, for it is truly a powerful and amazing one.

The fact is, you are fully capable of taking the initiative and figuring out the strategic direction for your work and your life. Though you never have to go it alone, you must have your very own clear and unambiguous sense of direction to which you're fully committed.

This is your life to live and your chance to create outstanding, meaningful and delightful value. Figure out what will move your own world forward, and find real joy and fulfillment in making it happen.

See the goal

See the goal clearly and you make it less distant. See the goal passionately and you make it more real.

See the goal in rich detail and you'll figure out how you can get there. See the goal from the perspective of your life and your purpose, and you'll understand why you must get there.

Simply visualizing the goal will not make it happen. Yet it will indeed make you make it happen.

Every moment you live, you have an influence on life. A clearly defined goal will focus all those momentary influences into meaningful achievement.

See the goal, and see what you must do. See the goal, not only with your eyes but with all you are, and you'll understand why it matters.

See the goal, and as soon as you do, you begin to live it. See the goal, and make it real.

Let yourself enjoy

Let yourself be. Let yourself enjoy.

Let yourself see and participate, know and feel, listen and understand. Let yourself live the brilliant richness that shines through even the smallest details of this very time and place.

Let go of the worries, the fears, the grievances, insecurities and inhibitions. Simply and lovingly live the beauty of this day.

Without judgment as to whether it is difficult or easy, popular or unpopular, do what you know is right, and what you feel is right for you. Let yourself be curious, in awe, inspired and in love with the ineffable reality of existence.

Live authentically as the unique person you really, truly are. Allow the fulfillment that naturally comes when you let all you do come from the best of who you are.

Let yourself be joyful, and generous with your joy, just because you can, and just because it feels so good. Right now, let yourself live in the best, most positive way you can imagine.

New beauty

Today is a new and unique day, so fill it with new and unique experiences. Today brings valuable possibilities, so use it to create meaningful value.

If you've fallen into a rut, this is your opportunity to climb out and to give yourself a fresh, new perspective. If your dreams have seemed beyond your reach, this is your chance to take another look.

Yes, life can be difficult and painful and mercilessly unfair. Don't assume, though, that any of it has to hold you back.

Even when you've failed a thousand times, you always have the ability to succeed. Even when just about every factor is working against you, you can still work your way forward.

Today is a day to do just that. Today is when you can reconnect with your most treasured, positive purpose, and recommit to making it a central part of your life.

Now is when you can transform both the joys and the disappointments into pure energy. Now is when you can use that energy to bring new and meaningful beauty to your life and to your world.

Value in the doing

The reward is rewarding because you have earned it. It is the work that goes into the planting and cultivation that makes the harvest worth celebrating.

Your effort is what makes your opportunities come to life. Fulfillment has meaning precisely because of the work it demands.

Practice and commitment are what make your skills and abilities yours to use. Discipline and focused effort are what make the achievements worth achieving.

No effort, no job, no task is beneath you. For with each effort comes a new opportunity to enrich your life and your world.

Sure, the task may be difficult. Instead of worrying or complaining about how difficult it is, think about the value it enables you to create.

Embrace the challenge, jump into the effort, and work your way through the difficulties. There is great value in the doing, and now is your opportunity to bring that value to life.

Be amazed

Don't be ashamed to be amazed. Life is wondrous and amazing, so let yourself experience that amazement to its fullest extent.

Even the most ordinary aspects of your life are really quite amazing. Think about the amazing things that have become commonplace and familiar, and be amazed again.

Though you've explored and fulfilled many great possibilities, there are even more possibilities to bring to life. Consider the best of them, and feel your sense of amazement grow.

The fact that you can feel anything at all is itself the height of amazement. Let that amazement lift your spirit and open your senses to the ever-expanding possibilities.

Even when it seems that you've seen it all, you've really only seen a small fraction. Live with amazement, and you'll experience much, much more.

Be amazed, and be a conduit for life's most positive, creative energy. Be amazed, and be richly and delightfully alive.

Making a difference

The world can always benefit from more achievement. And you are just the person to make that achievement happen.

Life is all about making a difference. And you are in a position right now to make a positive difference in life.

This day, this situation is filled with many challenges and problems. And behind each challenge, behind each problem, are valuable opportunities.

The surest and most positive way forward is through meaningful achievement. Make a difference that truly means something to you, and you'll lift up all of life.

It's not selfish or greedy to achieve your most deeply felt desires. What's selfish is to do nothing, to accept less than you could be, when you could be making a difference.

Make the commitment, make the effort, make a difference, and achieve. Lift your own life higher, and pull all of life along with you.

Momentum of effort

The way to feel like doing it is to do it. The way to get the work done is to get started and to keep going.

When you're already doing nothing, it's much too easy to continue doing nothing. Yet you can always choose to break that pattern.

Momentum is a powerful force. So get it working in your favor.

Don't be held back by the momentum of idleness. Get busy, establish the momentum of effort, and let it push you powerfully toward achievement.

In just one moment, in just one step forward, you can get yourself going. Then, take one more step and you begin to get momentum on your side.

You can do it, so do it. Don't keep your achievements waiting one moment longer.

The power of joy

To have joy in your life, give joy to your world. Live joy as each moment comes.

Don't postpone the joy until conditions are perfect. Every experience is an experience to which you can add joy.

Feel how truly fortunate you are to be living this moment. Give joy and live joy just because you can.

Each day is an opportunity to add joy to life. You can always bring a sense of profound and abiding joy to what you do, no matter what it is.

Marvel at the big things, and find delight in the small things. The opportunities to express new joy are everywhere.

Make the choice to keep your focus on the most positive possibilities. Lift your whole world higher with the power of joy.

Getting ahead

To get ahead, work ahead. To enjoy bigger rewards later, make an extra effort now.

When you've already done what must be done, take the opportunity to do more. When you're on a roll creating value, keep on rolling as long as you possibly can.

Productive, meaningful effort adds real and lasting richness to your world. Never pass up an opportunity to engage in it.

It can be tempting to sit back and rest on your past efforts and accomplishments. Keep in mind, though, that when you're not moving forward you're falling behind.

Look at the work you do not as a burden or as a punishment. See it for the immensely valuable opportunity it is.

With your work, with your efforts, you can create meaningful and substantial value. Embrace the work, build the value, and move straight ahead in the direction of your dreams.

A life with no problems

The difficulties are not what make life so difficult. What makes life difficult is trying to avoid the difficulties.

When you can accept that life is always going to have difficulties, it becomes much less difficult. When you stop running from the challenges, they become much less challenging.

Living a good life is not living a life without problems. Living a good life comes from acknowledging, facing, and then transcending each problem as it comes.

If you let the problems get you down, you'll always be down. Choose instead to let the problems get you up, get you going, and get you working on solving them.

Choose, in fact, to be thankful for the problems. For in each problem is a new opportunity to create value and to move life forward.

A life with no problems is no life at all. Live with the problems, work successfully through the problems, and enjoy a rich and fulfilling life.

All the details

If you wish to achieve a great and ambitious vision, you have to be willing to fill in all the little details. Though they may seem terribly tedious at times, those details are what give substance to the dream.

Don't ever consider the details to be beneath you. Doing so will put the achievement of your dream beyond your reach.

Yes, it is enormously helpful when you can delegate tasks to others. Yet to do so successfully, you must have full respect for the value of those tasks and for the people who perform them.

Dreams are not achieved by those who merely imagine and articulate them. Dreams are achieved by those who take responsibility for making sure that every little detail gets done.

Dream the dream, and then do the work. Envision the achievement, and then find a way to tend to all the details.

No detail is unimportant or beneath you. For it is all those details, combined together, which bring the dream to life.

You make a difference

What you do makes a difference. It may not seem like much, but it is.

What you do has an influence that goes far beyond you. What you do is an important part of the fabric of life.

The world around you is not only your home. It is your responsibility.

The way you see the world plays an important part in what the world becomes. Your vision for the future helps to create the future.

Live with hope, with joy, with love, and you add hope, joy, and love to the world. Live with honesty and integrity, and you give the power of truth to all of life.

Day in and day out, what you do truly matters, more than you can ever know. Live each moment as though what you do changes the world, because it surely does.

Not quite perfect

Perfection is an admirable goal. But even when you can't quite get it perfect, make sure you get it done.

Hold yourself to the highest standards. But don't make those standards so unattainable that you fail to make the effort.

Seek always to create great and useful value for others. But don't get bogged down in worrying about what others might or might not think.

Be careful and diligent in whatever you set out to accomplish. But don't be so worried about making mistakes that you fail to get anything done.

Go ahead, from where you are, with whatever you have, and make the effort. Even when conditions are far from perfect, there is still much progress you can make.

Focus not on the imperfections or limitations, but rather on the task at hand. And even when you can't get it perfect, you can make an important positive difference in your world.

You've already experienced yesterday, so don't live it again today. This is a day to bring new and interesting and meaningful substance into your life.

On this very day you have the priceless opportunity to live. Take that opportunity, right now, and run with it as far and as high as you possibly can.

A day to be thankful

Every day is a day to be thankful. Life's abundance has no limit, and gratitude is what keeps that abundance flowing.

In every circumstance there is something for which to be thankful. Even when there seems to be nothing else, there is hope.

Being truly thankful makes you infinitely more resourceful. By sincerely appreciating what you have, you find new and valuable ways to make use of it.

Gratitude makes you more generous and creative. By focusing on how fortunate you are, you're able to give the best you can give.

When you are happy, be thankful and your happiness is greatly multiplied. When you are feeling down, be thankful and you'll soon be feeling much better.

Whatever may come, see it as an opportunity to be sincerely thankful. And let life's abundance flow more and more freely into all your world.

Think your best thoughts

Your thoughts give specific direction to the immense energy that is your life. So focus those thoughts not on what you fear or detest, but on what you love.

Fill your mind with thoughts of the very best you can imagine. Think your way in the direction of where you truly wish to go.

Your life will faithfully express whatever you genuinely think of it. The highest, most consistently positive thoughts are what will push your life in the most positive and fulfilling direction.

In every moment you are thinking about something. Each of those thoughts is an opportunity to set the direction of your life.

Think thoughts of joy, of love, of healing, compassion and achievement. Where your most persistent thoughts lead, your actions and your life do naturally follow.

Think, with passion and in great detail, of how you wish your world to be. Think your best thoughts, again and again, and bring those thoughts to life.

Richness in your life

The richness in your life is determined not by how much you have. It comes from how much you treasure and appreciate what you have.

Living richly is not necessarily a matter of living extravagantly. Living richly is living with purpose, with meaning, and with authentic joy in every moment.

You don't need a certain set of circumstances to enjoy a life of richness. What it takes is a profound sense of gratitude for the life you have.

On this very day, in this very moment, you can live as richly as anyone. You can give great meaning and fulfillment to this moment by simply appreciating the fact that you're in it.

Life's endless goodness and richness surround you even now. Open your awareness to the positive possibilities and choose to live them.

Be truly rich, not by virtue of what you have, but by how much genuine meaning you give to each moment. Be truly rich, and let life's goodness freely and unceasingly flow through all you do.

Success is a way of life

Success is not a secret. Success is a direction, a process, and a way of life.

Success is not merely something that you get. Success is all about the way you choose to live.

You can be successful right now. Simply turn your focus, your awareness, your thoughts and actions in a positive, meaningful direction.

Success is the journey, and not merely the end of the road. Every moment is your opportunity to live the success you seek.

Dream without limits, and act on those dreams. Live without excuses or apologies, and with a persistent, driving desire to make a difference.

Success is a way of life. Choose that way right now, and in every moment of every day.

Live the goodness

Life is difficult when you assume it to be so. Yet you never have to make that assumption.

Life is good when you allow it to be so. And you can always allow it to be.

It is not the situation itself that makes life one way or the other. It is the way you choose to view and to live the situation that makes all the difference.

Make the assumption that your life today is the very best it can possibly be. Then go out and prove that assumption true by the way you live.

Operate from a positive perspective and that will enable you to see the positive possibilities. Focus on visions of goodness and fulfillment, and the most valuable opportunities will fill your awareness.

You are immensely powerful, capable, and creative. See the goodness, be the goodness, live the goodness, and fill your life with the best possibilities.

What you pay for

You get what you pay for. So look at each opportunity to pay as an opportunity to enrich your life.

When you seek to get something for nothing, what you usually end up with is nothing worth having. It is by investing yourself in life that you're able to reap life's best rewards.

In the effort, in the commitment, in the price you pay is the value. Don't cheat yourself out of that value.

Be willing to pay the price, and you become able to enjoy the reward. Be willing to invest your time, effort and resources, and you'll be capable of creating real, meaningful value.

You get what you pay for, so it makes sense to give your best in every situation. Pay the price, with authentic gratitude in your heart, and enjoy life's greatest rewards.

Choosing your consequences

There are some actions that empower and enrich your life. There are other actions that lead only to regret and disappointment.

There are choices that build value far into the future. There are other choices that seriously compromise your future in the interest of a fleeting, momentary pleasure.

Before each action you take, before each choice you make, ask yourself this question. Will it truly and permanently lift up your life and your world, or will it not?

There's no need to get caught up in labeling things as good or bad or easy or difficult, or even as right or wrong. Look instead at the ultimate consequence of what you choose to do.

The way to do what is good and right is to do what will bring goodness and value. The way to build an empowered and fulfilled life is to make empowering choices.

In every moment, with each thought and action you take, you are choosing your consequences. Take advantage of each opportunity to choose the very best.

Always a way

Changing conditions may change the path to fulfillment of your dreams, or even the nature of that fulfillment. Yet the essence of your underlying purpose remains the same.

What could have been, can still be. At its deepest level, no dream is ever rendered impossible.

There is always a way to live the life you choose. There is always a way to express your own beautiful, most authentic vision.

Dare to dream, and dare to live with the confidence that your dream will come true. When it means enough to you, there is a way for it to come about.

Plan and execute your approach. And if the plan happens to fall short, know that there is most certainly another way.

Don't hold yourself back with limiting thoughts about how it might or might not happen. Push yourself forward with enthusiastic, positive expectations and actions, and bring the dream to life.

Great courage

You have great courage. Use it.

Whenever you feel fear, you are also feeling your potential for courage. Go ahead, feel the fear, and then let that courage of yours spring to life.

The fact that you can feel the fear means you also have the courage to get beyond it. Otherwise, the fear would serve no useful purpose.

Put that fear to good use by allowing it to ignite your courage. Put that courage to good use by utilizing it to move toward positive, meaningful objectives.

Feel the fear and know it means you have the courage. Learn from that fear and then step forward with all that courage.

The beginning of courage feels like fear. Follow through on that feeling, let the courage come, and with it you will achieve great things.

Enough time

Make time to do your dream. Make time to live the richness.

Make time for what's important by remembering how truly precious your time is. There is always enough time when you give sufficient value to your time.

Complaining that there's not enough time merely wastes more of your time. Instead of being resentful about what you must do, be appreciative of what you can do.

Is there something you're doing that doesn't seem like it's worth the time? Then you can either stop doing it or find ways to put more meaningful value into it.

If there's something you're doing that's not important, consider how you can make it important. Put more real value and meaning into your efforts, and the time you give to those efforts will be time well spent.

Appreciate each moment as it comes, giving your authentic best to it. And you'll have plenty of time to live the life you truly wish to live.

Put your heart in what you do

If you're making excuses for failure, it probably means you don't really want to succeed. When you're focused on what's holding you back, it may mean that your heart is not really in the effort to move forward.

Instead of seeking to explain your failures, take an honest look at your intentions. Is there something else you could be doing that would inspire you toward a more positive and effective focus?

The obstacles you face may not be your fault. Yet when you promote and defend them, you give them more power than ever.

When you find yourself sabotaging your own efforts in this way, it's time to reconsider those efforts. Either find a way to positively invest in what you're doing or find a way to move on.

You have the power to make things happen and to succeed in the face of even the most difficult obstacles. To fully access that power, you must be doing what truly matters to you.

Instead of finding new excuses for your failures, look for new reasons to succeed. Truly put your heart in what you do, and what you do will do great.

Your greatest opportunity

Don't wait for later to do what you love and to love what you're doing. Life is made richer in increments of now, and this very moment is your moment to fully live.

Keep reminding yourself how much of a privilege it is to be where you are right now. Keep working to make the most of that unique privilege, and use it to lift all of life ever higher.

Stop making excuses about why you can't. Start making grand fulfillment out of the goodness you have.

Discover how immensely thankful you can be that this moment is here. Enjoy how enthusiastic you can be about fulfilling this day's most glorious possibilities.

Now is when you can get the most out of life by putting the most into life. Now is when you can find maximum enjoyment in being authentically you.

Do what you love and love what you're doing. Your greatest opportunity is now.

Act on it

Even the best idea is only an idea. To give it value, act on it.

Even the most ambitious intention is only an intention until you begin to act on it. Once you take action and put some commitment behind it, then you begin to transform that intention into real value.

Most of the world doesn't really care about what you think you'll do or what you plan to do. To make the world take notice, take action.

Very few people care about what you think or how you feel. What will give you credibility and influence is what you actually do.

By all means, think and plan and dream. Then stand up, step forward, follow through and do.

Zero in on an intention that has real meaning for you. Then act on it, persistently and enthusiastically, and bring it fully to life.

Give the value

You can't fully enjoy life if you're always expecting someone else to live it for you. The value of each experience is directly related to the value you are willing to put into it.

Instead of seeing your efforts, your obligations and your responsibilities as burdens, see them as opportunities. When you feel resentment or frustration brewing, choose to replace those feelings with gratitude and enthusiasm.

The way to truly enjoy life is to continually give your own unique beauty and value to it. The way to truly enjoy life is through your efforts, your commitments, and your authentic creativity.

Every day puts you in a position to give of yourself, so make the most of the opportunity. In every moment there are real, beneficial things you can do to lift your whole world.

To the extent that you do so, life becomes more meaningful, more fulfilling and much more enjoyable. Even the complicated, frustrating, and uncomfortable tasks add immensely to the enjoyment when you remind yourself of the purpose behind them.

Make the effort, do the work, and give the unique value that's yours to give. Enjoy the matchless satisfaction of living each moment to truly make a difference.

Your own best possibilities

You are worthy of the best, so act like it. You can do great, positive, and valuable things, so do them.

Live up to your outstanding potential. Think and act and live like the successful person you know you truly are.

Don't cheat yourself or your world out of the best of yourself. Give everything you have to this moment, and the next, and the next.

It may be difficult and inconvenient and even painful to do what you know is best. Yet the regret of turning your back on your outstanding possibilities would be even more painful.

You know you can bring great richness to life, so do it. You have unique and meaningful value to give, so give it.

Feel the awesome power of your own best possibilities, and step forward to take responsibility for them. Do what you must to live at your best, because in your best is the truth of who you are.

Go ahead and feel like it

Is there something you must do but you don't feel like doing it? The best way to feel like doing something is to go ahead and get started on it.

Sure, you may not feel like it, but don't let that stop you. In fact, you can choose to let that prompt you to get started.

You don't have to make your feelings into an excuse. You can feel however you wish to feel.

So choose the feeling that will move your life positively forward. Choose the feeling that will get you going.

There may indeed be many factors working against you. Don't add to that list by working against yourself.

Go ahead, feel like it, and get busy working on it. Soon, you'll be genuinely feeling very glad you did.

Next step

Whether the road ahead of you is long or whether it is short, what you can do in this moment is the same. What you can do now is take the next step.

The important issue right now is not what has already happened or who is to blame for it. The important thing is to take the next step.

Achievement comes from continually taking the next step, whatever that step must be. Dreams of all shapes and sizes are reached by continuing to take the next step for as long as necessary.

The next step is always within your reach. The next step is as near as your willingness to take it.

The next step involves real work on your part. In exchange for that real work, you create real value.

Right now, you can choose to take the next step, or you can let this moment's uniquely valuable opportunities pass you by. Take the next step, and keep yourself solidly on the road to fulfillment.

Embrace your efforts

You can choose to do it or you can choose not to do it. Once you choose to do it, however, give your very best to the effort.

A halfhearted attempt can often be worse than no attempt at all. If you cannot be authentically enthusiastic about what you're doing, consider doing something else.

Your life and your time are precious. Spend them on what truly matters.

Don't put yourself in a position where you are complaining constantly about what you're doing. Either find a way to get fully behind your efforts, or change what those efforts are.

If you're tempted to feel resentment for what you must do, remember this. Resentment only makes it worse, and serves no useful purpose.

Embrace your efforts, and you make them highly effective. Embrace your efforts, and those efforts will bring the fulfillment you seek.

Your world is a mirror

Your judgments about other people say more about you than they do about the people you're judging. The reason you can detect the weaknesses and insecurities of others is because you have experienced those same weaknesses and insecurities.

Similarly, the reason you're able to see beauty in others is because that beauty lives in you as well. The positive possibilities you see for others are, in many ways, your possibilities too.

It's very helpful to think of the world outside of you as a mirror. Whatever you see beyond you in some way reflects what is inside you.

The most powerful and effective way to improve the world around you, is to improve yourself. The best way to bring real value into your life, is to create real value for others.

What you admire and appreciate and support in others, grows stronger within you as well. When you seek to understand, you will be understood, and when you listen thoughtfully, you will be heard.

Your world is a mirror, so choose each day to show it your best, most loving and supportive face. And you'll be delighted with the face you see looking back at you.

How truly fortunate

Don't just sit and wait for good fortune to come to you. Good fortune is something that comes from you.

Good fortune unfolds when you truly believe, with no doubt, that you have it. Good fortune comes to be when you give it a compelling reason to be.

Good fortune is not merely something your mind constructs. It is something your essential spirit expresses and incorporates into your life.

How thankful can you be? That's what will determine how fortunate you are.

How much can you appreciate what you have? That will determine the value of what you have, and the good fortune that you are able to make with it.

Allow life's abundance to become your good fortune. Be thankful for every little thing, and discover how truly fortunate you are.

Choose goodness

The time you spend living in fear is time you cannot spend living in love. The time you spend hiding and retreating from life is time you cannot spend growing and advancing and achieving.

The hours and days you spend being annoyed or frustrated are times when you deny yourself access to life's best possibilities. When you live in anger and resentment, you cut yourself off from life's goodness.

Sure, there are many bad things that can happen. Yet you can be aware of them, and realistic about them, without being obsessed and consumed by them.

You may very well have good reasons for resentment, frustration and anger. But that doesn't mean those negative responses are good for you, or that you must choose them.

You can choose instead to live in the enriching, empowering light of your own highest visions. You can always choose to grow, to achieve, and to fulfill by immersing your awareness in life's ever-present goodness.

Every aspect of your life is greatly influenced, day in and day out, by the way you imagine life to be. Imagine the best, choose the goodness, and be a source of love and light for all to see.

Generous living

Allow yourself to be inspired, and you enable yourself to be inspiring. Open yourself to criticism, and you position yourself for improvement.

Permit yourself to be challenged, and you compel yourself to grow stronger. Discipline yourself to stay focused, and you reward yourself with great achievement.

The kind of face you present to the world determines the kind of world you see and experience. What you get is very closely connected to how you are, to how you act, and to the way you think and feel.

The outside world is a surprisingly accurate mirror of your inside substance. Your choices determine your realities, both in ways that are obvious and in ways you cannot possibly imagine.

It is impossible to deceive life, so there's no point in even trying to do so. Instead, put your energy and your effort into honest, authentic, generous living.

The goodness that flows out from you is constantly transformed into the good and valuable things that surround you. Let that goodness freely flow, and experience life at its best.

Take it all in

Nothing is inherently boring, and nothing is inherently fascinating. Whether or not something is interesting is a choice that's always yours to make.

Life can be filled with endless richness. Yet for it to be that way, you must choose to see it that way.

Wherever you are, whatever you're doing, take an interest. Be curious, be amazed, be in awe of the wondrous things that constantly surround you.

Remind yourself that life, in all its aspects, can truly be endlessly fascinating. From each and every circumstance, from each and every experience, there is a wealth of knowledge and wisdom to be gained.

Open yourself to the richness. Open yourself to the fascinating beauty that can be found in even the most ordinary things.

You are here, today, in this spectacular existence. Take an interest, take it all in, and make the endless richness yours.

Make your efforts matter

When the outcome doesn't matter to you, even the most flimsy excuse is enough to stop you. When it's not a priority for you, even the most trivial distraction will knock you off course.

Are the distractions and excuses holding you back? That's a good indication you're not committed to whatever it is you're doing.

Either you must find a way to be more committed or find a more meaningful endeavor. There's nothing to be gained by wasting your time and energy on a halfhearted attempt.

The best commitments are not the commitments you must force yourself to make. The most powerful commitments are the ones you enthusiastically embrace.

Challenge yourself to take a good, hard look at what you're doing. Challenge yourself to follow a purpose, a goal, a dream that is truly yours.

Your time is too valuable to be wasted on anything that doesn't really matter. Make sure your efforts matter, and you'll make them highly effective and immensely rewarding.

Within you

Within you there is peace. Know it, feel it, love it and let it grow.

Throughout you, there is love of life's beauty and goodness. Keep that love at the front of your awareness, letting it guide your thoughts, perceptions and choices.

Around you, there are possibilities. Life changes with every moment, so pick the possibilities that will enable those changes to uplift your world.

At the heart of you, is a unique and beautiful purpose. In your feelings, your interests, your preferences and passions, that purpose makes itself known, so you can follow it.

Surrounding you, is a universe overflowing with magnificent beauty. Let yourself be positively, joyfully and thankfully amazed at the endless wonder and possibilities.

Flowing through you, is the energy to live, to love, to make a difference and to experience unique fulfillment. Make good and purposeful use of that energy, and make this the most vibrantly rewarding day yet.

Enjoy life

By enjoying who you are, you bring out the best you can be. When you enjoy what you're doing, what you're doing will create great value.

When you find something to truly enjoy about where you are, you also find new and rewarding possibilities. By enjoying the moment you're in, you bring unique richness to your life.

It's not the situation itself that determines whether or not life is enjoyable. It's the way you choose to respond to the situation.

Enjoyment is not a certain, pre-defined set of circumstances. Enjoyment is a choice.

The more conditions you put on your enjoyment of life, the less time you'll spend experiencing enjoyment. Instead of weighing down your enjoyment with arbitrary conditions, set it free by making it unconditional.

Enjoy life, wherever you are and whatever you're doing, just because you can. Enjoy life as it is, and your enjoyment makes it better and better.

You don't have to

You don't have to prove anything to anybody. You don't have to live in fear of what others might think.

You don't have to continue holding on to the negative habits and thought patterns that have held you back. You don't have to keep living under the outdated assumptions that have closed your eyes to some of the best possibilities.

You don't have to weigh yourself down with anger, resentment, fear or frustration. You don't have to settle for less than the very best you can be.

You can live, you can give, you can love and achieve. You can take this very moment, with whatever it may hold, and transform it into a positive, enriching, fulfilling experience.

You can feel the truth and beauty of your authentic purpose, and take action to follow that purpose. You can let go of all the burdens you've imposed on yourself, and live this day with a powerful, newfound appreciation for all you have.

You can choose right now to meet each challenge with positive passion and enthusiasm for the best, most meaningful possibilities. You can choose, again and again, to truly live life on your own best terms.

Power in every choice

Whatever fills your awareness most intensely is what you will bring to life. Instead of filling your awareness with excuses, fill it with passion.

With your moments, your skills, your words and your actions you will change your world today. Choose to let that change be driven by what you love rather than by what you fear.

Focus on the good things, on the possibilities, and on those dreams and values that are your most authentic. Make yourself the living embodiment of the best you can imagine.

Your life is constantly shaped by the way you live it, the way you think of it and the way you feel it. Even the smallest things have an influence, and all those things combine together to build the life you experience.

Every day is an opportunity to more fully express the unique beauty of who you are. Every situation is one in which you can choose to give rich substance and meaning to your world.

Feel the power that exists in every choice, and in every moment. Use that power wisely and purposefully, and live life at its best.

Be thankfully resourceful

Being more resourceful is not a matter of having more resources. Being resourceful means that you're able to see, to appreciate and to make full use of whatever resources are available to you.

That's important to keep in mind when the troubles, frustrations and challenges leave you feeling overwhelmed. Instead of looking at those troubles with dismay, choose a perspective of real gratitude that will enable you to see the positive value in your situation.

Can you find a way to be thankful for your troubles? Yes, you can, and when you do you're in a powerful position to begin moving beyond them.

Sure, it may seem strange to be thankful for your difficulties. Yet it certainly beats the alternative, which is to let those difficulties get the best of you.

By challenging yourself to be thankful for whatever life has served up, you empower yourself. Your sincere appreciation opens your eyes to the most valuable possibilities.

To be resourceful, be appreciative. See the unique, accessible value of where you are, and position yourself to move positively forward toward wherever you wish to be.

Your richness

Life's richness is not something you must go out and acquire. It is something you have the good fortune to be able to express at any time.

You don't have to wait for, or hope for, or strive to create certain conditions. You can experience and enjoy life's richness wherever you are.

Look back, and see that the times you remember most fondly are the times you've given of yourself most generously. Open yourself now, and let life's richness flow out into the world around you.

In your deep and sincere appreciation for even the smallest of things, life's richness grows more vivid. Through the joys, the challenges, the efforts, the pleasures and even the pains, your life gains more beautiful and valuable substance.

Celebrate your good fortune by making good and meaningful use of the opportunity you now have to truly live. Each day is your opportunity to transform boundless abundance into splendid fulfillment.

Now is when your most beautiful possibilities can genuinely come to life. Feel the beauty and power of your good fortune, and let more and more of life's richness flow out in all you do.

Choose to do

In this moment, choose to do. On this day, choose to make real and meaningful progress.

It will take some time, effort and persistence. And in return, you'll earn yourself some lasting value.

It will challenge you, and frustrate you at times, and make you a little uncomfortable. Yet it will also bring you the satisfaction of a job well done.

You may not always get it perfect, but always you can give it your best. Choosing to work your way forward is not the easiest choice, yet it will ultimately prove to be the most valuable one.

If you're tempted to let the excuses of the moment hold you back, project your thoughts into the future. Imagine how silly those excuses will seem five years from now, and how thankful you'll be that you ignored them.

The opportunity of today is worthless unless you act on it. Act on it, choose to do, and you'll soon be enjoying the many rewards of your efforts.

Positive places

There is a lot of negativity in the world. Some of it is important and worth considering, but most of it is not.

As much as you can, focus your attention on life's positive, empowering and inspiring aspects. Don't completely ignore the negative factors, but don't allow them to dominate your awareness either.

Remind yourself to seek out and spend time in situations and endeavors where your efforts can bring positive value. Avoid wasting time fighting bitter fights that don't really matter anyway.

It can be easy to get distracted by the clashing noise of negativity. Usually, though, you have a better option.

When you have a choice, choose to put yourself in situations where you can move life forward. Be where you can be inspired, encouraged, enthusiastic and effective.

Live your moments in positive places, with positive people, doing things that make a positive difference. Your life is unique and precious, so choose as often as you can to live it in those positive places.

Achievement is built

Achievement is built on challenge. Achievement is built on setbacks and frustrations.

Achievement is built when conditions are difficult. Achievement is built when the direction of the economy is uncertain, and when there's no guarantee of success.

And achievement is indeed built, for it is not inevitable. Achievement happens because people choose to make it happen.

Achievement is built on meaningful intention, with devotion, persistent action and plain old hard work. Achievement is built on the desire to make a difference, and on the commitment to fulfill that desire no matter what.

Yes, of course there are obstacles, excuses, distractions, frustrations and disappointments that push back against achievement. Achievement is built anyway, and the world is a richer, more promising place because of it.

Achievement is built by giving the best of your focus and your efforts to each moment. And as you build it, achievement builds you.

The opportunity of now

It makes no difference what has just happened, or why, or how. Whatever else it may be, it is also an opportunity.

To see the opportunity, stop looking backward and begin looking forward. Let go of your resentment, your contentment, your anger and even your satisfaction.

Focus on what you can now do. Whatever your feelings may be, direct their power toward creating new and meaningful value.

Be ready and willing to challenge your assumptions. This is a new moment, with new realities, so don't obscure those valuable realities behind outdated assumptions.

As powerful and transformative as the past may have been, this is a new day with its own opportunities. It is now up to you to engage the best of those opportunities and to make the most of them.

You are in a powerful position because you can choose what to do next. Grab the opportunity of now, and move your whole world forward.

Greater authenticity

If you fall short of the goal, make another effort. If the efforts continue to fall short, find another strategy.

If the updated strategy doesn't work, reconnect with your essential purpose. In that purpose is a driving energy that will never fail you.

You cannot fail at living and expressing who you truly are. The only real failure is to hold that back.

If some particular endeavor fails to bring the desired results, it's probably because there's not enough of you in it. Failure can in fact be a powerful force that will push you and compel you toward greater authenticity.

If it's not working for you, it's not coming from the truth of who you are. To be more effective, be more honest, more authentic, more willing to follow your deepest desires.

Be who you are, say what you mean, and work on what's truly important to you. The more authentic you are, the more successful you'll be.

Feeling positive

Don't feel guilty about what you've failed to accomplish. Feel energized about what you now can achieve.

Stop feeling remorseful about the time you've wasted. Start feeling enthusiastic about the time that's now available to you.

When the setbacks come, you won't do yourself any favor by feeling sorry for yourself. What will help is to direct your feelings into being more determined than ever before.

There's nothing to be gained by feeling envious of what others have accomplished. Choose instead to feel inspired by their examples.

It doesn't help anyone for you to feel bad about those who are less fortunate than you. Instead, make meaningful use of your own good fortune so that it has a positive and powerful impact on many other lives.

For every reason to feel negative, there's an even better reason to feel positive. And from those positive feelings come positive and valuable results.

The choice is clear

There is no way around it. If you wish to live a rich and full life on your own terms, you must take responsibility for it all.

The choice is always clear. You can choose to be responsible for what you can control, or you will end up being dependent on what you cannot control.

Responsibility is not easy, yet it is certainly the most positive choice. For when you do the difficult work of responsibility, you earn the rich rewards of a life well lived.

Freedom, competence, excellence, effectiveness, independence, quality, wealth and fulfillment are all earned with responsibility. Take unequivocal responsibility, and you open yourself to unlimited opportunity.

Seeking pity, blaming others and looking for shortcuts will put you increasingly at the mercy of negative factors beyond your control. That's not what you want.

Instead, step up and take responsibility, in every moment, in every situation, for as much of your world as you can embrace. When it comes to your life, you're the person who can live it best.

Get purposeful

Even the most luxurious conditions can be nearly impossible to endure if there's no purpose toward which you are moving. Even the most painful, desperate conditions can be relatively easy to endure when there's an important, meaningful reason to do so.

Purpose makes all the difference. The crucial factor in any undertaking is not what you must do, but why you are doing it in the first place.

Yes, doing the work is absolutely necessary. And what will get the work done is a clear and unambiguous knowing of why you're doing it.

If you're having trouble focusing, don't merely strive to improve your focus. Work on solidly connecting with your authentic purpose.

Anything is possible, but what you seek is not just anything. What's possible for you is what's truly meaningful to you.

Knowing what you seek and why, is what will relentlessly drive you to reach it. Get clear, get honest, get purposeful, and you cannot help but get it done.

Live a moment of joy

Live a moment of joy, right here. Live a moment of genuine meaning and fulfillment, right now.

Let go of the assumption that you are striving to get something. Raise your awareness to the point where you can see that your fulfillment is already and always unfolding.

This day is filled with new opportunities for you to discover and express what it means to be alive. This situation gives you countless possibilities for exploring and experiencing what it means to be you.

Take a refreshing step back from the confining labels of frustration and limitation. See that whatever is, is an opportunity for rich fulfillment.

You are the awareness of all you love and value. You are the living embodiment of how it feels to experience fulfillment.

Smile from deep inside, and let the joy flow outward. This is a perfectly beautiful moment to live, so give life the best you have.

Imagine differently

The way you are is the way you believe you are. Change what you believe about you, and you change your life.

It's easy to assume that you'll always be stuck with how you are right now. Your present perspective is powerful because you feel it with your whole being.

But your habits are your habits only because you keep choosing to maintain them. The limitations you assume yourself to have, are yours only because you continue to believe, support and defend those assumptions.

You can imagine differently. You can imagine a more fulfilled, effective and purposeful you.

Instead of spending all your thoughts and energy on your problems and frustrations, give some power and feeling to your dreams. Rather than conjuring up excuses for why you can't live those dreams, visualize rich scenarios in which you are bringing them fully to life.

If you're not completely satisfied with how you are, imagine differently. Intensely feel the beauty and joy of what you imagine, and steadily bring it to life.

Worthy of all you imagine

You are worthy of all you can imagine. In fact, in a very real sense, all you can imagine is precisely who you are.

At first it can seem easy to blame all the forces outside of you for your fate. However, in the long run that turns into a very painful and difficult perspective.

It takes effort and strength to accept full responsibility for all you are. Yet when you do, you suddenly have the very real power to become whatever you choose to become.

You are worthy of the best, because you can define what that means and create it within your life. You are in control of your perspective, and with that control comes the power to experience life in whatever way you choose.

To truly live is to take full responsibility for living. To richly live is to exercise that responsibility with love in every moment.

Embrace the responsibility, and imagine what real joy looks like to you. Then, with the best of what you imagine leading the way, fully live that joy.

The secret is

There are lots of good, positive intentions, but not nearly as many positive results. What's the secret for transforming your best intentions into the reality of rock-solid results?

The secret is, there is no secret. The best technique is to forget about finding a technique, and to live each moment with your purposeful intention as your guide.

Whatever you truly desire will pull you steadily toward itself. Let the desire supply the direction, while letting yourself supply the passion, the energy and the effort.

Instead of fighting the complexity, work your way steadily through it. Rather than resenting the difficulty of the effort, see the pathway provided by that effort, leading reliably toward fulfillment.

The way to make achievement meaningful, the way to make it yours, is to live it moment by moment. Live and act not from a static recipe, but from the dynamic, ever-growing power of your authentic intention.

Feel who you know you can be, feel how you know life can be, and then put the way you feel into action. The way of success is not something outside you that you must discover, but rather the beautiful essence within you that you're able to share.

Simply be happy

If you want to be helpful, be happy. If you want to be successful, be happy.

Happiness is not the result of a life well lived. Happiness is the fuel for a life well lived.

If you won't let yourself be happy, you can't be happy. Yet when you simply allow happiness, nothing can keep it from you.

But isn't it naive to be happy when there are problems and tragedies, disappointments and obstacles throughout life? Actually, it is a sense of happiness and positive self worth that will push you successfully through even the most difficult challenges.

You don't have to justify your happiness, or explain it or be ashamed of it. Just let it be, and let its power create real, meaningful value in your world.

In fact, there's nothing you must be happy about. Simply be happy, and let your authentic joy lift your whole world higher.

Make it all better

Do you wish someone could make it all better? Then smile, and be that someone.

Would you like it if the problems suddenly went away? Then stand up, step forward, take responsibility, and begin to transform those problems into opportunities.

Do you long for a reason to be hopeful? Then consider what a truly unique and beautiful miracle you are, and find hope in more fully living and expressing your purpose.

In whatever you truly wish to have, you'll find reasons to be your very best. In your highest vision of how life can be, you'll find valuable and meaningful direction for how you can be.

The joy you wish to experience is already within you, waiting for you to share it. Instead of waiting and wishing for someone or something to make you happy, just go ahead and apply that happiness to whatever you're doing.

You have the power to make it all better because you have the power to experience life from any perspective you choose. Choose a positive, empowering perspective, because you deserve the best.

This minute

This minute is the most important one, because this minute is the one you can use. There is so much you can do in this minute if you'll simply allow the best possibilities to unfold.

Let go of the regrets and guilt and resentment you've carried with you from other times. See how foolish it is to be held back by fears about days that have not yet even arrived.

Think of all the good things that truly mean so much to you. Give your focus to those things, and make use of this minute, right now and right here, to expand on that goodness in your world.

Don't be concerned about what might or might not be, or what others might or might not think of you. Live instead from your authentic center, and make this minute one that adds value to your experience.

Though you may have good excuses for holding back, use this minute to move forward. Though the effort will not be easy, your life is worth the trouble.

This minute is filled with promise and possibility. Right now is when you can transform it into real and lasting value, so do.

Start right now

Don't wait until you're ready. Start now.

The circumstances will not be perfect and you won't get it perfect. Start now, however, and you will get it done.

You're not going to have everyone's assistance or approval. You can, however, get the jump on your success and get started right now.

Do you want to waste your time and energy on elaborate excuses or would you rather invest yourself in achievement? Get started now and get the achievement well underway.

You've already delayed long enough and there's no good reason to wait one moment more. The time for action is the time at hand.

You're standing squarely in the middle of your life's great and valuable opportunity. Start right now and make all that value yours.

Living passion

You haven't lost your passion. You've just become a little bit afraid of it.

Your passion burns just as brightly as ever, probably even more so. But you've become so logical and practical that you can barely even remember it.

Reason can be helpful and useful but it's not everything. Jump outside the limited restrictions of reason and feel the limitless energy of your passion.

Life is so very much more than you'll ever be able to comprehend. Stop trying to analyze it so completely and allow yourself to truly experience it more fully.

Really care about what you care about, and let it show in the way you are. Speak, act, intend and follow through from the heart, and put the beautiful substance of your passion into your world.

Fill every moment of this day with the living energy of your authentic, loving passion. And feel it unfolding into the very best day yet.

Stretching yourself

Growth and improvement come from attempting to do what you previously could not do. Real, valuable learning comes from working to understand and to master what you previously have not known.

Achievement is a process of continually stretching yourself beyond prior limitations. Persist in stepping outside your boundaries, and you greatly expand those boundaries.

What was once impossible for you can become commonplace. What has so far held you back can become the basis for your success.

Sticking with only what you know keeps you stuck where you are. When you refuse to leave your comfort zone it will quickly become your prison.

Every bit of progress you've ever made has been the result of shaking off your inhibitions. You've done it many times before and you can do it many more times again.

So go ahead and get out beyond the comfortable trap of all you're used to and all you're sure of. Challenge yourself, stretch yourself, and reach beyond yourself all the way to the fulfillment of your most outstanding dreams.
