Imagine that what you seek is already yours. Because it is.
What you authentically seek is already yours to envision, to express and to fulfill. What you seek is connected to you, and your task is to follow that connection.
Your sincere, honest desire begins the process of fulfillment. Follow that desire, stay on the path, and you create that fulfillment.
At the core of your being, at the center of your essence, nothing can stop you from being the way you choose to be. Real fulfillment is yours when you allow yourself to live it.
What you seek, what will fulfill you, is there all the time. Live your life in such a way that you allow it to fill your experience and your world.
You don't have to beg or wish or steal or strive for what you seek. With your thoughts, your words, your actions and your priorities, let it be, and it will be yours.

Every
Every moment gives you something to learn. Every moment gives you something good and helpful and fulfilling to do.
Every day gives you opportunities for enriching life. Every day gives you new ways to experience life's beauty.
Every situation gives you the chance to make a positive difference. Every turn of events gives you new ways to lift life higher.
Everywhere are people who can benefit from what you can do, from what you have to say, and from what you're able to give. Every time you offer kindness, you add new positive energy to all of life.
Every feeling, every experience, every sight, sound and aroma reminds you of how miraculous your life is. Every thought can give you a new, fresh and powerful perspective.
Everything there is, dances gleefully and wondrously in front of your eyes. Delight in it all, and make it all even better.

Difficult work
If your work seems too difficult or tedious, make it more meaningful. Connect what you do with who you are, and it won't seem like work at all.
There's a reason why you're doing the work you do. Remind yourself of that reason, and of the benefits your work creates for yourself and for others.
Deep down inside, you long to make a difference. The work you do, the efforts you undertake, give you the opportunity to fulfill that longing.
If there were no benefit to what you're doing, you wouldn't be doing it. Remind yourself of why, refresh your sense of purpose, and you'll make yourself thankful for the opportunity to do whatever you must do.
Imagine how awful it would be if you had no way to matter, no way to make a difference, and no way to positively influence life. The work you do, whether it is your formal job or your chores or any other useful effort, enables you to have the influence you seek.
Instead of worrying about how difficult or monotonous or unpleasant your work might feel, focus on why it matters. Feel the opportunity to make a difference, and delight in being able to do so.

New joy
Joy does not come from the way life is. Joy comes from the way you choose to see, embrace and live life as it is.
Circumstances will change from moment to moment, from day to day. Yet whatever the circumstances may be, you will always have the possibility for joy and fulfillment.
Instead of holding on in vain to the fleeting realities in which you once experienced joy, put new joy into the reality that is now. Every new moment is a new opportunity for joy.
Joy does not last, nor does it end. It comes to life again and again in every new moment.
You must let go of the setting sun in order to experience the joy of the next dawning day. Let go, and let the new joy come into your life.
Give joy now to what is. Give joy, always, and it will always come to be.

Thankful for frustrations
Be thankful for your frustrations, because they can solidly connect you to your passions. Be thankful for your frustrations, and let them motivate you to do something useful and positive.
Instead of obsessing over the frustrations, focus on the good things in your life that make those frustrations possible. Instead of letting the frustrations get you down, let them push you toward taking thoughtful, beneficial action.
Rather than resenting or fighting against the frustrations, feel them and learn from them. There is a reason why they have come to your awareness, so find the positive possibilities in that reason.
Many times, your frustrations can point you clearly and compellingly toward changes that will greatly benefit your life and your world. Often, your frustrations can help you to better understand what you truly care about.
Frustration is so much more than just an undesirable feeling. Frustration can be a valuable assistant in moving your life forward.
Instead of letting your frustrations get you down or make you angry, put them to work for you. Let those frustrations lead you to where you truly want to go.

Allow and enable
If it seems that you're stuck where you are, no matter what you do, then you're almost certainly trying too hard. Stop trying and start allowing.
When you're striving and fighting and pushing, you're working against yourself. Take a deep breath, calm down, and be.
Be you, in the moment, honestly, authentically, needing nothing and appreciating everything. Allow, accept, enjoy, and you cannot possibly remain stuck.
Where there is genuine love, appreciation and enjoyment, there can be no resentment or frustration. When you fully allow life to flow to you and through you, then you enable creativity and value to naturally and easily flow out from you.
Life is beautiful to a degree that goes far beyond anything you can possibly imagine. Stop trying to imagine that beauty and start allowing yourself to experience it.
Let go of the need to strive and to judge. And embrace the profound opportunity to be, now.

Your powerful thoughts
Your thoughts have great power to influence the way you are. Make sure you get that power working for you, not against you.
Use the power of your thoughts not to merely find an excuse, but to find a way. Focus the power of your thoughts not on worry or dismay, but rather on love and creativity.
Use your immensely powerful thoughts not to hide away from life's best possibilities. Instead, use your thoughts to achieve great things.
Whatever you most consistently think you are, is what you surely become. Think positively, think compassionately, think joyfully, and become the best you can be.
Each moment is an opportunity for you to point your thoughts in a direction that will benefit your life and the lives of those around you. Each thought is a choice you make regarding the direction of your life.
Now is when you can think the most positive, meaningful, creative, loving and joyful thoughts you can imagine. Now is when your thoughts can lead you to make life more beautiful and fulfilling than ever.
