Lifting life higher

To be selfish is to be utterly miserable. To be hateful is to be without any genuine sense of your own worth.

Do yourself a favor, and commit yourself to doing what is right, and good, helpful and loving. Do yourself a favor, and live far beyond your own selfish concerns.

If your overriding focus is on what's in it for you, there simply will never be very much in it for you. Lasting happiness comes not from what you're able to get, but rather from all you're willing to give.

Be good and loving and generous with life and you'll experience a life that is good for you. Use each day to make a positive difference in the world, and you'll find that world growing more satisfying and enjoyable.

See each encounter as an opportunity to sincerely enjoy your own generosity. Look for ways in every situation to experience the pleasure of lifting life higher.

Live each moment beyond yourself, with love for all you see. And live your life at the highest, most satisfying level.
