Exercise your possibilities

It's great to have plenty of positive possibilities and desirable options, yet they are not enough. For those possibilities to have value, you must exercise them.

You cannot live and prosper just on possibilities. A great life comes from putting forth the effort to do great things with whatever possibilities you have.

You cannot get by just on your skills, your knowledge, your connections and your ambition. You must put those things to work in a meaningful way.

By all means, gather and embrace the best possibilities every chance you get. And by all means, act on them.

Take those great possibilities, add your own time and effort, and transform it all into rich, valuable life experience. Instead of just sitting endlessly on a beautiful beach thinking to yourself how great it is, jump in and go for a swim.

There is so very much you have going for you, so make good use of it. Treasure the great possibilities, and get busy transforming them into a truly great life.

Allow creativity

One big thing that gets in the way of creativity is fear. When you can let go of your fear, you allow your creativity to naturally blossom.

If you're fearful about what other people will think, you won't be able to express yourself with authenticity and effectiveness. If you fear that you're wasting your time, that's exactly what you'll be doing.

Go ahead, have faith in yourself and your ability to create value, and take action. If you have chosen to feel fear and doubt, you can just as easily choose to let them go.

Let go of the fear and let the true beauty of your creative spirit flow. Focus on what you love, and let it inspire you to create in great, valuable and meaningful ways.

Live creatively, allowing your actions and expressions to come naturally and easily from your highest values. Step forward with confidence and joy, eager to creatively make a positive difference in the world.

You have so very much to give. Have the courage to give it freely, creatively and without inhibition.

Making things matter

When everything is free and instantly available, nothing matters. It is only when you must work for something that it becomes important.

It seems nice to imagine a life completely free of challenges. Yet such a life would be utterly and painfully meaningless.

It is what you put into life that makes life good for you. It is what you give of yourself that gives real meaning to whatever you experience.

Keep in mind that you must venture in order to experience adventure. You must give in order to know how truly great it is to live.

Don't waste your time wishing in vain for a life free of effort. Instead, invest your precious time in loving, meaningful, value-creating, life-enhancing activities.

Make the commitment, invest the time, and do the work to make things matter. Your life has magnificent potential, so with your efforts give it the substance and meaning it deserves.

The good life

There are a lot of good people in the world. There are a lot of good things going on in life.

Don't let the negative things get you down. Take them in stride, and move quickly on to something that will make all of life more positive.

Every day is an opportunity to do great and meaningful work, and to experience life in new, fulfilling ways. Every day is a day in which you can make life better for others and for yourself.

Treasure each moment without letting the negative distractions get in your way. Put positive, meaningful, satisfying effort into life, and continue to feel how great it is to make a difference.

If people don't treat you fairly, that's their problem. When life presents you with difficult challenges, that's your opportunity to shine.

The way to live the good life is to live each moment with goodness in your heart. Life is good because you always have the ability to make it so.

Fresh perspective

This is a new, unique day. So don't live it like an old one.

You have the opportunity today to learn, to grow, to achieve and to experience new things. To do so, you must exercise the courage to let go of some old, comfortable, predictable things.

Give your life some fresh, new energy today. Choose to step beyond what's familiar and open yourself to new possibilities.

It's easy to stay firmly and comfortably situated in your same old, habitual rut. However, it's much more energizing and fulfilling to shake things up a bit.

Instead of listening only to those people you know you'll agree with, consider the opinions and perspectives of those with whom you disagree. Rather than going only where you've already been and doing only what you've already done, put yourself where you can see life from a fresh perspective.

Richness in living comes from more than merely experiencing what you've already experienced. Much of that richness will come from discovering new ways to engage in the wondrous dance that is your life.

Persistence will get you there

Every success story is a story of persistence. No matter where you start, with enough persistence you can reach the goal.

Persistence is not particularly glamorous or exciting. Yet the results of persistence can be truly amazing.

Persistence is not always easy, though it is always accessible. Once you've made the effort you can continue making the effort, and that's what will make the difference.

You may not get very many lucky breaks. Yet every single day you will get the opportunity to persist, so take that opportunity and run with it.

It's completely understandable that you will, from time to time, feel like giving up. It's also absolutely possible to let go of that dejected feeling, and to replace it with an even stronger desire to persist no matter what.

Every turn of events is an opportunity to keep going. Take that opportunity, and with persistence you'll get yourself all the way there.

Fulfill your wishes

Looking back on today, what will you wish you had done? Now is your opportunity to fulfill those future wishes.

The most painful regrets are for things not done, for opportunities missed, and for actions not taken. Now is your chance to avoid those regrets by taking action, when you can.

Now is a day to fill with life and love and effort and achievement. Now is the time you've been waiting for and working toward your whole life.

You'll never look back and wish that you had spent more time worrying, or that you should have been more angry or resentful. So keep worry, resentment and anger out of your life today.

Instead, think of what you can do with this day that will cause you to look back on it with gratitude. Remind yourself, over and over again, that this is your chance to actually do those things.

Right here and now, make your future wishes come true. And when you arrive at tomorrow, instead of empty, regretful wishes you'll have the real satisfaction of a truly fulfilling life.

What you imagine

In your imagination, go again and again to magnificent, beautiful places. In your life, work to bring into being the beauty you have imagined.

Let your imagination inspire you. Feel the power of your imagination as it gets you going.

Allow your imagination to assist you in zeroing in on a meaningful and compelling destination and purpose. Use your imagination to explore ways to get there and to remind you of why you want to get there.

What you create comes from what you imagine. From a well-nurtured imagination comes a well-lived life.

Though imagination doesn't do all the work, it can serve to powerfully direct and focus the efforts you make. Imagination gives you meaningful, desirable and compelling places to go.

Imagine living with greater energy, more enthusiasm, joy, effectiveness and fulfillment. Imagine it, and you're well on your way there.

Joyfully move on

That interruption, setback or disappointment is not the end of the world. So do yourself a favor and stop treating it as such.

Don't make the negative things much worse than they are by getting all upset about them. Seek to let them go as quickly as possible, and to move on in a positive, meaningful way.

Taking everything too seriously weighs you down. Lighten up and let the power of joy into your life.

Problems will arise and disruptions will happen. Instead of feeling sorry for yourself, remind yourself how fortunate you are that you're able to successfully deal with those problems.

A negative development is not the end of the world. It can be the beginning of new skills, capabilities, wisdom and experience.

Let go of the tension and let yourself see the positive possibilities. Lighten up, and allow joy and gratitude to point the way forward.

See the richness

The best time to appreciate what you have is when you have it. Stop and think of all you have right now and of how truly valuable it all is.

Once anything is gone, no matter how much you appreciate it and miss it, you will no longer be able to use it. So make good and meaningful use of what you have while you still have it.

You cannot truly enjoy what you have if you're always grabbing and wishing for more. Remember that fulfillment comes from thankfulness and not from greediness.

Right now, there is much for which to be thankful. Right here, there is much to appreciate and to utilize in bringing new richness and goodness to life.

Everyone is rich in uniquely valuable ways. Unfortunately, not everyone realizes it.

Choose to see the special richness that is yours on this very day. The more you appreciate and make use of what you have, the better your life becomes.

Worth the investment

Focus not just on what is easy, convenient, comfortable, free of charge or free of risk. Focus on what is valuable and on what is possible.

To get something valuable and meaningful out of any task or experience you must put value and meaning into it. It's worth a little inconvenience to bring more goodness into the world.

Don't pass up the opportunity to add rich substance to life just because it is a challenge to do so. Face the challenges, make the efforts, and transform the best possibilities into reality.

You won't learn very much if you spend all your time with people, places and thoughts that are already familiar. Go out beyond what is comfortable and familiar, and discover how very much there is to discover.

Life is amazing and absolutely worth the investment of your time and trouble, so make that investment. Life is a grand adventure, so live each day with your own sense of adventure.

Let go of the worn-out excuses and let in some real, rich, fulfilling life. Actually do what you'll someday wish you would have done, and create a life with no regrets.

Enjoy this very moment

You don't need ideal conditions in order to enjoy an ideal life. You can simply make the choice to do so.

You don't have to wait until the perfect moment to be happy. Any moment and every moment will do, including this one.

Whatever you're doing, add a smile and a positive attitude to it. Life's beauty is everywhere, so make the empowering choice to see it everywhere.

You can choose to complain about your lot in life and to feel sorry for yourself, or you can choose to enjoy the wonder that's all around you. Keep in mind that there's valuable opportunity in everything, and a positive perspective enables you to tap into that opportunity.

There are plenty of problems to be fixed, wrongs to be made right, and obstacles to overcome. And the most effective way to move forward is with joy, not with bitterness.

Challenge yourself to enjoy this very moment, fully, completely, sincerely, authentically. And learn to put the power of joy in everything you do.

Your own beautiful vision

No one is going to hand you a map that precisely directs you to the exact life you desire. Much of the joy of fulfillment comes from finding your own way there.

Others can be of great help to you. Yet you must take full responsibility for making the journey.

You have what it takes to fashion and lead a life of unique fulfillment. Look deep within yourself, honestly, sincerely, and you will see.

Don't get trapped and frustrated by trying to live someone else's dream. Have the courage and the commitment to let your life express who you truly are.

It is perfectly okay to love life in your own unique way. In fact, it is your responsibility to do so.

Let go of the worries, fears, false expectations and distractions. Allow yourself to see your own beautiful vision, and follow it joyfully forward.

Now is beautiful

It is now, and you are here. Instead of wishing in vain that you were somewhere else, give positive and loving energy to where you are.

It is fantastic to have a desirable and ambitious destination. To reach that destination, you must start by fully accepting and appreciating where you now are.

Decide that now is beautiful and that this place is filled with opportunity. Decide, and it is so.

No amount of regret or resentment can change the past. Choose instead to simply be thankful that you are here now, able to move positively forward.

Stop the fighting against what is, and start working on the good and valuable things that can be. Gratefully accept and make use of the profound power that is yours here and now.

This moment has great value that is yours when you choose to live it. You are here, and it is now, so embrace that value and give it your own unique meaning.

Stay on the path

If you want your actions to have power, repeat them often. Your solidly-established habits have much more influence than your occasional whims.

There are limits to what you can do in a single instant. Yet when you focus your actions over many days, months or years, you can achieve truly amazing things.

It's great to have useful skills, valuable resources, and powerful friends. Yet without persistence, even the best advantages won't get you anywhere.

With persistent actions, however, you can start from where you are and get yourself to wherever you wish to be. When you put real, focused effort into your dreams, again and again, those dreams cannot help but become real.

Which path you choose is important. What's just as important is choosing to stay on that path, every moment, every day, until the destination is reached.

Give your life the power of persistence. And delight in the immense satisfaction of steadily working your way to your own unique fulfillment.

Make life great today

Today is too valuable to waste. Tomorrow you'll wish you had made the most of today, so go ahead and do that right now.

Your life is too unique and precious to spend it drifting aimlessly. Remind yourself of what's important to you, and do something about it, now.

Yes, there are plenty of things that can give you reasons to be discouraged and disillusioned. However, you can always give yourself even more reasons to be purposeful and enthusiastically positive.

You have within you the miracle of life. Whatever else may or may not be happening for you, there are outstanding possibilities available to you.

For those possibilities to have any value, though, you must act on them. Now is the time to do that.

Go ahead, feel your awesome potential and then get yourself busy living up to it. Make life great today by what you do with it.

Constantly changing

Life constantly moves, so move with it. Life is constantly changing, so learn to find beauty and fulfillment in the changes.

If you try and hold on to the way things were, you will miss the new magnificence of the way things are becoming. If you deny and hide from the changes, the best possibilities will pass you by.

Embrace the dawn, then the midday, then the evening and then the night. Embrace the spring, then the summer, then the fall and then the winter.

You cannot hold on to a single moment. Yet you can choose to live each moment with grace and joy, with purpose and richness.

Today can be a significant improvement over yesterday if you will fully embrace it and let it be. Welcome life's ever-changing nature, and you'll find ways for each change to lift you higher.

As life moves, move forward with joy, authenticity and ceaseless wonder at the new opportunities in every moment. Though you cannot hold on to this day, what you can always keep is the love with which you live it.

Start doing it

The way out of doubt is to do. The way to get beyond discouragement is with action.

Thoughts have a powerful influence on the way you feel and the way you are. Yet deeds have an even more powerful influence.

When you're doing something positive, effective and meaningful, it's difficult to be negative. When you're actively making a difference in life, there's no energy left for discouragement or despair.

When you want to get your spirits up, get yourself up and get going. Your actions can change life for the better, and that will most certainly change you for the better.

Think of how truly amazing it is that you can make things happen. Then go beyond thinking, and start doing it.

Don't just wish or dream or complain or worry. Step decisively away from the negative, limiting thoughts with positive, purposeful action.

Keep things in balance

You cannot escape the necessity of balance in your life. Anything taken to an extreme will soon cease to have the desired positive effect.

If you relax all the time, relaxation will become nothing but a tedious burden. If you work all the time, with no break for fun and relaxation, your work loses much of its effectiveness.

Be ambitious, be diligent, and work with commitment, but don't make that work the only thing you do. Have fun, enjoy life, and take it easy, but don't make leisure your full-time pursuit.

Make it your goal to make sure there is balance in your life. If you don't, eventually balance will be forced upon you in ways that won't be to your liking.

It's only natural to seek more and more of a good thing, yet that can be counterproductive, whatever the good thing may be. Instead, consider adding more good things, new and different good things, to balance your life.

Balance in your life can make every part of it richer and more satisfying. Keep things in balance, and make the very most of it all.

Assume you can do it

A powerful first step in getting anything done is to assume you can do it. When you start by assuming you can do it, you don't have to fight your doubts all the way there.

Even if you don't know how to take the first step, assume that there's a way. Assume you can do it, and you'll find that way.

You are extremely good at solving difficult problems because you've done it all your life. You are very good at making things happen when you have a good enough reason to do so.

So make sure your objective is what you really, truly desire, and make the assumption that you can indeed reach it. With a meaningful purpose and a positive perspective, you're already well on your way.

Instead of complaining that it's too difficult or complicated or unfair, just get busy. Work under the powerful assumption that it's possible for you, and it will be.

Dare to dream and dare to believe without a doubt that you can reach your dreams. Assume you can, and eventually, with effort and commitment, you will.

Making wishes come true

If every one of your wishes were instantly granted, you'd probably regret most of them. Fortunately, it takes more than wishing to make it so.

The wishes that come true are the wishes you really, truly want to come true. That's because you must commit to them and work to bring them about.

Just imagine how disordered and superficial life would be if you were granted every little thing you wished for. Nothing would really have any value to you, because you would not have the opportunity to build that value with your time and effort.

The work you do to achieve what you desire is what makes that achievement meaningful. That work gives you the chance to put your own unique value into the achievement, and that's what you truly desire.

So, by all means, wish for the very best for yourself, your community, your family and your world. Then get busy bringing those positive wishes to life.

Because you deserve much more than merely a wish that comes true. You deserve to be the person who makes it happen.

In this very moment

You don't have to be experiencing an epic adventure to enjoy profound fulfillment. There is much joy to be found in even the most ordinary days.

You don't have to own an impressive collection of possessions to be rich. Life's true richness comes from the way you feel, and feeling great requires nothing other than your choice.

There is no need to place conditions on your joy. Simply, and wonderfully, live it, now.

Your life is unique and precious, so treat it as such. Delight in the deep, rich substance of being, not just in the meaningless tokens.

Right here, right now, is everything necessary for great fulfillment. Always within you is the power to experience life at its very best.

Choose to exercise that power now, and find new, original joy in this very moment. Feel the possibilities, and bring them to life with your presence.

Not always

Things will not always go the way you had hoped they would. Do your best anyway, give your best, live your best and be your best.

People will not always act the way you think they should. Give them your love, respect and understanding anyway, for it is the best choice going forward.

The past and the present are not always to your liking. Even so, especially so, the future is always yours to create.

The people and conditions around you will not always be supportive, but you don't have to let them drag you down. You can choose to move forward, no matter what others may or may not choose.

Life might just give you a big, valuable break, but don't count on it. Make it your business to give yourself an endless series of positive breaks, and anything else you get will be a bonus.

Though things may not always go your way, life can always be good and fulfilling. Because you can always choose, with your thoughts, your attitude and your actions, to make it that way.

Tomorrow can wait

If your mind is always jumping ahead to what might be next, you miss the opportunity to fully live what is now. Be patient, be thankful, and let life come at its own pace.

Stop looking so much at the clock, and focus more on your purpose. Tomorrow can wait while you make today great.

If you hurry, concerned that you don't have enough time, you'll waste much of the time you do have. Take the necessary time and give sufficient attention to each task, so as to get maximum value from it.

Live each moment with deliberate, peaceful purpose, not with hurried, worried anxiety. In your eagerness to get ahead don't leave the opportunity of this day behind.

Be ambitious while also being patient about it. Then you can truly enjoy the fruits of your ambition.

Take a deep, relaxing breath and feel the great value of the moment you're already in. Fully live that value, here and now, and make it always yours.

Rise to the challenges

Just because the job is challenging doesn't give you an excuse to be less than your best. In fact, what it gives you is the opportunity to rise to the challenge.

Great success is not achieved by just doing the easy stuff. Great success is the result of being willing to, and even enthusiastic about working through the challenges.

Each challenge you encounter can either be a reason to quit or a pathway to achievement. Through your attitude and your actions, you decide which it will be.

Difficult, complicated, challenging work is not a curse, but rather is a valuable blessing. It is your chance to learn, to grow, to become stronger and more capable, and to achieve.

In every challenge is a way for you to make a meaningful positive difference in the world. Welcome the challenges, and you welcome the potential for new richness into your life.

You are much more powerful and effective than you've ever experienced. The way to know that without a doubt, is to rise to the challenges.

Honesty of being

Instead of striving to figure out what to do, just do. There is no need to program or plan out every last detail of your success when you are simply and elegantly living it.

Rather than putting a lot of effort into understanding yourself, be yourself. Instead of collecting mere tokens of your desires, spend your time living and fulfilling your actual desires.

Don't frustrate yourself seeking some arbitrary ideal of perfection. Fulfill your best possibilities in each and every moment through the simple, direct honesty of being.

Rather than striving for a specific result, put your energy into what you truly love. With authentic love as your motivation, the results you get will be very much to your liking.

Stop trying and start being. Stop trying and just start doing.

You can do truly amazing things when you give up the burdensome need to be amazing. Be, do, and live the wonder.

Live in harmony

Do what you wish to do, live the way you wish to live, and achieve what you choose to achieve. Yet do it all not in opposition to others, but in harmony with all that is happening.

You don't have to fight to get your way. It is far more powerful and effective to achieve your aims through love, understanding, and giving.

Sure, there will always be discord in this world. Yet it does not ever have to come from you.

Put your energy into positive achievement, not into spite or anger or jealousy. Use your moments to pull yourself forward, not to push others back.

The best possible world you can live in is a world in which everyone prospers. Make it your business to support, encourage and enable such a world.

Go peacefully with life's flow, and make use of it to fashion your own unique fulfillment. Live your dreams with true authenticity so that others may live theirs.
