Limitations fall away

Today you will do as much as you think you can do. What if you thought you could do more?

Right now you are doing what you are inspired by this moment to do. What if you were inspired to do more?

Your thoughts and feelings on their own cannot even lift a feather. Yet they can push you powerfully forward or stop you in your tracks.

Every good and valuable thing you've ever done started as a thought. Imagine what your thoughts can start right now.

Feel the power of your purpose, upon which sits every desire. Think of the possibilities for expressing that purpose today, in your world, in new, unique and beautiful ways.

Think your most inspired thoughts, and feel your most treasured feelings. Then watch as the limitations quickly fall away.

Be the beauty

Take the time today to do something wonderful. Take the time to do something that reminds you of how precious and beautiful life is.

Those urgent matters that seem so important are really not, when compared to the unique miracle that is your life. Take the time today to feel truly alive.

Look closely, with your heart, and see magnificence in the smallest and simplest of things. Instead of trading all your time for money or ego boosters, invest a little time in being genuinely at peace.

You cannot schedule life's richness for later. Yet you can always enjoy it now.

Let yourself live that richness. Joyfully give in to the longing of your spirit.

Feel the immensity of existence. Be the beauty that you know you are.

Real, live action

Even if you don't feel like it, smile. Then see how you feel.

Although you may be more in the mood to slump and brood, stand up straight, lift your head high, and take a long deep breath. Then see what kind of mood you're in.

The way to be inspired and to truly feel inspired is to act inspired. The way to get more energy and enthusiasm is to express more energy and enthusiasm.

You have the wonderful and powerful ability to think. But don't forget to also act.

When you act excited, you are excited. When you act like you feel great, you do indeed feel great.

Put the best of your positive intentions into real, live action. And delight in where you instantly find yourself going.

Your own special songs

Allow yourself to be yourself. If you don't want what the world says you should want, have the courage to say so.

Your greatest opportunities for making a difference in this world flow from your unique perspective. Explore, strengthen, celebrate and express that perspective every chance you get.

It's not a matter of being different just to be different. It's a matter of being honest with yourself and others about who you truly are.

You have your own special songs to sing. Sing them with passion, just because it feels so right.

What the world tells you is to be like everybody else. What the world needs is for you to be you.

Give to life the unique beauty of your own special making. Allow yourself to feel how good it feels, and to see what a positive difference the real you can make for everyone.

Tap into the abundance

Are you so concerned about what might go wrong that you don't even see your greatest opportunities? Are you so focused on what you lack that you fail to see the rich abundance of what you have?

You are here, in this moment, filled with unique purpose and the powerful ability to make a difference. Instead of worrying about what might or might not happen, get busy exerting your own powerful influence.

Put your life and your time, your intelligence and your resources to use. Feel the strength of your effectiveness by pointing it in a useful and meaningful direction.

Certainly there are things that are out of your control. And yet, there is always much you can do.

Now is the moment to take matters into your own hands. You're fully and elegantly equipped to do it.

Tap into the abundance that is yours for the doing. You are able, and now is when.

Happiness is your choice

Don't let your happiness be held hostage. It is always yours to choose, to live, to experience.

You don't need anyone else's permission to be happy. Your life is magnificent not because someone says it is, but because you choose to see it as such.

If you're unhappy, that's not someone else's fault. Take full responsibility for your own unhappiness, and you instantly gain the ability to create your own happiness.

Every day, you fulfill your most sincere expectations. Expect to be happy, and just like that, you are.

Stop seeking in vain to arrange circumstances that will make you happy. Simply choose to be happy, and your circumstances start to line up around that happiness.

Your happiness is your choice. Choose it any time you wish.

Jump up

A challenge is a chance to jump up to a higher level of performance. Take that opportunity and run with it.

If you haven't been as effective as you know you can be, a difficult challenge will change that. Because the challenge will leave you with no other choice.

Yes, it's inconvenient and uncomfortable and just plain hard work. But think of what will happen when you choose to run out and embrace it.

You'll make yourself stronger, more capable, with greater discipline, focus and effectiveness. Not only will you create something of great value, you'll then be perfectly positioned to create even greater value on top of that.

You'll run faster when you're chasing after something, or when there's something chasing you. You'll discover that you can do it, and you'll discover how great it feels to give your very best.

When a challenge jolts you awake, jump out of your slumber and hit the ground running. Be pleasantly amazed at where you can take yourself when there's a challenge pushing you forward.

Embrace your best possibilities

Anger is a way of avoiding the things that will really bring fulfillment to your life. So is resentment.

In fact, so are envy, procrastination, perfectionism, apathy, overindulgence, and a whole lot of other negative behaviors and attitudes. They all enable you to avoid the fulfillment of your true purpose.

Why would you want to avoid that fulfillment? Because it feels more comfortable to just stay where you are.

But comfort is highly overrated. Deep down, you don't really want just comfort.

Deep down, you have a burning desire to express the unique and magnificent person you truly are. Deep down, your spirit longs to soar to heights that you cannot even imagine.

What feels like comfort now, will soon become regret, but you don't have to let that happen. Stop hiding from your purpose, embrace your best possibilities, and give life the beautiful meaning that you know it can have.

Be prepared

Fear will keep you alive, and yet it can also kill your dreams. Fear of the unknown will build a wall between you and your best possibilities.

Fear's most insistent message is -- be prepared. Be fully prepared, and fear will no longer hold you back.

Preparation takes effort and initiative, discipline and commitment. And it is well worth the effort, because it opens up a whole world of new options for you.

Your fear gives you a perfect excuse to avoid reaching for your most treasured dream. But wouldn't you rather have the dream than the excuse?

What is it that you fear? There is something you can do today, right now, to prepare -- something that will begin to dilute that fear.

Do the work to prepare yourself, to give yourself options, and the fear will lose its grip on you. Make the effort to be prepared, and move beyond every fear.

Making it happen

If you're weary, it may not be from what you're doing. Your weariness could be caused by what you continue to put off doing.

Having an uncompleted task hanging over you, day after day, week after week, wears on you constantly. To free yourself from that burden, go ahead and get it finished.

Instead of putting your energy into worry and avoidance and procrastination, put your energy into getting the job done. The way to have more energy is to make productive use of the energy you have.

This day will soon come to an end, no matter what you do. You have the choice of feeling satisfied with all you've accomplished, or disappointed that another day has passed without anything to show for it.

Choose to make good and valuable use of the time you now have. Decide to free yourself from the burden of what needs to be done by actually getting it done.

Imagine the satisfaction you'll feel, and imagine the new options you'll have. Now get busy and enjoy making it happen.

Live your dream

A dream won't do much for you until you do something for it. Yet the moment you begin to take action, that dream starts to become real.

It may very well take years to accomplish. Long before it is accomplished, though, it is adding value to your life.

For the value of your dream is not in possessing whatever it brings. The value is in reaching for it.

The value is in what you do to get yourself there. Because in that process, you fulfill your own unique destiny.

Right this very moment, you can reach out and touch the reality of your most treasured dream. That's because right this moment, you can act on that dream.

If you've been waiting, you've waited long enough. Today is the day to truly live your dream.

All the way in

When you must, you will. When there is nothing to fall back on, you can only move forward.

It's frightening when everything is on the line. It's also exhilarating and motivating and compelling and empowering.

Commitment is not a halfway thing. Either you're all the way in or you're simply not going to be very effective.

Choose your priorities thoughtfully, carefully, and sincerely. Then commit yourself fully to them.

Real, solid, unwavering commitment brings the power of purpose to what you're doing. Be truly committed, and it happens.

You can achieve whatever you imagine. Do it by jumping all the way in.

Lift up all that is

Anger hurts just as much whether it is going out from you or coming toward you. Love is just as beautiful when you are giving it as when you receive it.

Much of what seems to happen to you is happening through you. Much of what feels like outer experience is really inner expression viewed from a wider perspective.

Your influence extends as far as your awareness will allow. Your intentions begin to fill your whole world the moment they arise.

You are not separate from the rest of life. You are life.

You cannot gain advantage by seeking to take that advantage from anyone or anything else. Give your best, lift up all that is, and you are lifted.

Your positive influence touches all you know. Keep it ever strong and continually refreshed.

Allowing achievement

The most effective work is not hard work. The most effective work is work that flows easily and naturally.

Valuable results don't come from stress and anxiety. Really valuable results come from authenticity and truth.

Imagine being relaxed and confident, not fighting against the challenges but instead allowing the best possibilities. Imagine the feeling of genuine fulfillment that comes when what you do is completely aligned with who you are.

Stop trying, and allow. Stop worrying, and be.

Stop pushing, and give. Be truly thankful for the opportunity to make a difference.

Stop trying to get achievement. And start allowing achievement to get you.

Get yourself a purpose

Even if it's not a particularly fashionable one, get yourself a purpose for this day, for this month, for this year, for your life. And be sure it's an authentic purpose, or there's really no value in following it.

Life is already frustrating enough. Don't add to that frustration by needlessly choosing to be aimless.

Figure out what you really, truly desire. It's not easy or comfortable, yet you absolutely have what it takes to connect with a meaningful purpose.

What is it that would make you feel more complete, more right, more fulfilled than anything else? Let go of your judgments, assumptions and inhibitions, and let yourself feel the answer to that.

Instead of wasting your time drifting, use your time to achieve and to live life on your own terms. Instead of having nothing to show for your efforts, create meaningful and lasting value with those efforts.

Put the power of purpose into this day, and into your world. When your purpose is clear and sincere, nothing can hold you back.

Be the real you

Let life know who you are. If you have to hide yourself to get what you want, do you really even want it?

And while you're at it, make sure you let yourself know who you are. Be absolutely honest and authentic, especially with yourself.

It's easy to get what you want from life. The real difficult and essential work is figuring out what that is.

If you think it might be nice, that's not enough. If it looks good on somebody else, that's not enough.

What you truly want is what you dearly love. It is something that uniquely and elegantly expresses the real, live, passionate person you are.

You cannot find that or follow it by pretending to be who you're not. Be the real you, all the time, and joyfully feel the flow of your own great abundance.

The ideal time

If you wait for the ideal situation, it will never come. If you create the ideal situation, it will always be, whenever you choose for it to be.

There are plenty of excuses you can make for why this is not the time to act. And while you're busy making those excuses, someone else is busy taking those same actions that you are merely considering.

The time is right when you make it right. Waiting and hoping for things to get better will just allow things to get worse.

If it's important to you, figure out a way to get started on it now. Because the more you delay, the more you're telling yourself that it's really not that important.

Why would you want to spend your time setting yourself up for disappointment? Instead, you can spend that time marching steadily toward your goals.

The ideal time is when you make it, and what you make it. Make it now, and make it great.

Start strong

It takes only a few moments plus a little bit of energy and intention to get your day off to a positive, productive start. And the way you start your day will determine how the entire day goes for you.

At the beginning of the day, put the very best of yourself into life. That small effort will continue to pay as the day progresses.

Sure, you may not feel like being positive right off the bat. But if you wait for encouragement to come to you, then you might be waiting all day.

Instead, be the encouragement you seek. Be the instigator of your own successful day.

You can be the positive influence you are waiting for. You can be the reason this day starts on an upbeat note.

The first few minutes of each day are ripe with opportunity. Choose to start strong, and that strength will echo throughout the day.

Other options

Here's a quick, easy and extremely effective way to remain confident in practically any situation. Always keep in mind that you have other options.

Sure, you want to do the best you can, and to get the most value from whatever you're doing. Yet excessive worrying about the results will destroy your effectiveness.

Of course it's important to expect the very best of the other people you deal with, and your positive expectations can have a profound effect. Even so, there will still be times when other people disappoint you, and times when factors beyond your control will hinder your efforts.

So remind yourself that if it doesn't work out, you have other options. Free yourself from worry, and move confidently forward.

If one path is blocked, there's another way to get there. If the door is slammed shut, there's most likely a nearby window you can climb through.

You may not know exactly what they are, yet you do indeed have other options. And though you probably won't even have to use them, knowing you have them can make all the difference.

Positively captivated

What do you do if you don't care about what you're doing? Either find a way to care, or move quickly on to something else.

Life is far too precious to fill it with even a few moments of mediocrity. You have within you the power of passion, so make sure that power is turned on.

Go beyond merely observing what's happening in the world around you. Connect with it in a robust and meaningful way.

Enormous mountains of value can be yours when you simply choose to resonate with the beauty of that value. Be positively captivated by the possibilities.

Truly care about whatever you do and it becomes outstanding. Within your passion there is always another fortune ready to be expressed and achieved.

Feel the great, inexhaustible substance that is your purpose. Put it into what you do, and what you do will be magnificent.

Keep the actions coming

Put yourself on the line. Decide what you're going to do, and then get busy right away with making it happen.

When you begin, you won't know the details of everything that must be done. What you will know, though, is what the first step must be.

Go ahead and take that first step without delay. Once you're moving, once you establish some momentum, you'll begin to get a much better sense of what to do next.

Certainly it is important to make careful plans for what you intend to accomplish, but don't let the planning stand in the way of doing. Be energized by the desire to get it done, and by anticipating the way you'll feel when the accomplishment is completed.

Act from a place of desire and purpose, not from a place of confusion about exactly how it's all going to happen. Prime the pump of accomplishment by taking action, and once you get started the successes will continue to flow.

Keep the goal in mind, stay connected to your purpose, and keep the actions coming. Your passion and desire will create an effective way to make it happen.

Honor this day

Feel what a privilege it is to be alive today. Consider all the possibilities available to you, right now.

See the wonder and the beauty all around you. Let yourself truly love who you are and where you are in this moment.

Sense the eagerness within you to get started, to make things happen, and to create value. That eagerness comes from your genuine excitement about expressing yourself through your accomplishments.

Look at all the new ways that this day gives you to express who you are. Even the troubles, even the problems, and even the obstacles give meaning to life because they give you something to build upon.

Life's many circumstances and situations give you a way to pull yourself up, and rise to a new level of being. Whatever comes your direction gives you a way to create value that will last beyond this day, value that will be with you always.

Honor this day, honor the possibilities in this day, honor the love and the beauty in this day. Look around at all you have, and in this moment make it, in your own way, into something truly great.

Find something fascinating

Wonder, ask and imagine. Be curious, inquisitive and interested.

The best possibilities won't usually shout out to announce themselves. Yet those valuable possibilities can be quickly uncovered with a little curious digging.

Ask yourself why, and ask yourself why not. Think about what is, and then wonder about what if.

In life's joys, in the problems, in the pleasures and in the disappointments, there are the seeds of innovation and progress. Take the time to look and to wonder, and you'll see great new value that's waiting to be created.

In even the most tedious situations, there are fascinating details. And in those details reside countless opportunities.

Find something truly fascinating about where you are. And you'll find a new, effective pathway to wherever you wish to go.

Make it true

What you tell yourself most frequently, you will believe. What you truly believe, you will incorporate into every aspect of your life.

It doesn't matter if it is objectively true or not. What you continue to tell yourself, day after day, becomes true for you and has a profound effect on your life.

Great power lives in the fact that you can choose what to tell yourself, again and again, in the thousands of moments that make up each day. With focus and intention, you can upgrade your beliefs about yourself.

You can upgrade your beliefs about what is possible for you. And by so doing, you will in fact expand your access to the very best of your possibilities.

You'll go precisely as far as you believe you will go. So there's every reason to believe the very best.

With what you tell yourself, choose to sell yourself, again and again, on your best possibilities. For when you consistently believe something to be true in your life, you will indeed make it true.

Be okay

You don't know for certain what will happen tomorrow, or even later today. So stop fighting against it, and don't waste your life with worry about what might or might not be.

Be okay with what will come, and you'll be able to handle it. You'll even discover some pleasant surprises.

Make your very best plans to be as effective and as productive as you can be. And be okay with the fact that everything won't go according to those plans.

Life is a process of constant change, and in that change is powerful energy. In that change there are always new possibilities being born.

Be eager to explore the new treasures that each moment brings. Look for the value and goodness in every new circumstance, and you'll surely find them.

Be okay with not knowing exactly what will come. For whatever it is, you will know what to do to make your life and your world the best it can be.

Foolishness

Just because you appear foolish, doesn't mean you are. In fact, some of the most brilliant, creative people can often appear to be quite foolish at first.

Anything that's out of the ordinary can seem foolish. Yet the way to make real progress is to go beyond what's ordinary and expected.

Don't live in fear of looking foolish. Because you'll discount your best ideas before you even have the chance to explore them.

There's nothing to be gained by proving how ordinary you are. Instead, find the great value in your own uniqueness and let that value freely flow from you.

There is so much of your own special creativity and innovation within you. Don't hold it back out of worries about what other people might think.

Let your words and actions be true to the unique, authentic person you are. And if others see you as foolish, that's just their own foolishness.
