Discover new goodness

Decide today to discover in your own way how truly good life is. Focus not on how good life may have been, or how good it might could be, but how good it is, right here and now.

Remind yourself of the countless possibilities that are open to you, right now, on this very day. Think of those things that are truly important, that really matter to you.

Instead of getting caught up in the crisis or drama of the moment, commit yourself to living with purpose and excellence. Explore and discover new ways to give life meaning and richness, and allow true goodness to flow from your heart.

Prove to yourself, again and again, in new and ever more fulfilling ways, how good life is. Live each moment with the assumption that there is great value to be created, and delight in the process of creating it.

Reach in and touch the precious part of you that knows how very good life is. Discover new goodness in each new moment.

Make the choice to live on the bright side of life today, and every day. Live the goodness and as you do, you are making much, much more.

Relax into the effort

Make the effort, with passion and persistence, but don't make it into a struggle. Take action, but don't add your own tension or conflict to it.

To be highly effective at what you're doing, be at peace with what you're doing. To be confident in your actions, genuinely enjoy those actions.

It may seem to be a contradiction to take action and to relax at the same time. In fact, it is a powerful combination.

When you're not fighting against your own efforts, you can devote all your positive energy to bringing about spectacular results. When you find enjoyment in working through the challenges, you'll transform those challenges into great value.

If you're busy being uptight, you're not getting anything done. Instead, be good with what you're doing, and you'll be very good at whatever you're doing.

Accept, enjoy and relax into the effort. Find delight and fulfillment in peacefully being your authentic best.

Highly worthy

You deserve the very best. And you deserve the experience of creating it in your life.

Those who tell you that you're undeserving are wrong. Those who tell you that you can have something for nothing are just as wrong.

Yes, on this very day you are worthy of the best life you can imagine. And on this very day, you have the opportunity, and the responsibility, to bring that life into being.

What a waste it would be to live at less than your highest level. What a shame it would be to squander even one day of your unique, highly worthy life.

What you have is amazing and filled with great promise. So put in some effort that's fully worthy of that great promise.

You deserve a life that's rich and full, and you deserve to be the one who makes it happen. So get up, get busy, get going, and discover how truly deserving you are.

Let yourself be yourself

Make this day about fulfilling your possibilities, not about satisfying your ego. Make this day about being your authentic best, not about appearing to be impressive.

Free yourself from the burden of worrying about what others might think of you. Use all that liberated energy to make a real, substantive difference in the world.

If you let your ego run your life, it will impose a great cost and leave you with nothing of real value. Raise your expectations higher, and go far beyond those burdensome superficial concerns.

You are genuinely beautiful, worthy and have much to offer life. Let yourself be your authentic self, and let that beauty come forth.

Do what you're most passionate about doing. Let go of all the things you do to merely keep up appearances.

There is immense value in the unique, authentic person you are. Today, and every day, generously share that value with all of life.

Big break

Stop looking, wishing and hoping for some other person or outside event to give you a break. Go ahead and give yourself a big break.

The perfect opportunity is not the one that exists only in your fantasies. The perfect opportunity is the one you have right now.

You have the opportunity, on this day, in this place, to do good and valuable things that will move your life forward. You can have the big break you desire by working to make it happen.

If you wait for conditions to be perfect before taking action, all you'll ever do is wait. Go ahead, with things just as they are, and do all you can.

Accept the fact that it is indeed difficult to move your life and your world forward. When you stop fighting against the difficulties, and simply work your way through, they are not nearly so difficult.

This is the time you have, and this is the time to act. Give yourself a great big positive break today, and feel the joy as your most treasured dreams begin to come to life.

Keep pushing forward

When you feel like quitting, you're actually closer than ever to getting the work done. Keep going, keep moving, keep working and finish the task.

When it seems that you've run out of ideas, you're actually opening yourself to new, more workable, more powerful ideas. Keep going, move on past the discouragement, and let those new ideas flow.

Sure, you can think of plenty of reasons to stop short of the goal. Yet there are even better reasons to push yourself forward so the goal is reached.

If the work has been difficult and challenging, that's certainly no reason to stop. In fact, that means you've got a whole lot invested in what you're doing, so keep going and reap the rewards of that investment.

You already made the choice to get started, so choose right now to reaffirm your commitment. Keep up the good and valuable work, and get the results you desire.

This is a great day to make real progress, so make the most of it. Keep going, keep pushing forward, and keep creating real, meaningful value in your world.

Empowering positive energy

Negative thoughts affect more than just your mind. Those thoughts create negative energy that flows destructively throughout your entire life.

If you are extremely negative about one thing, that negativity seeps into everything. That's why it is so important to transform the negative influences into positive thoughts and endeavors.

There will always be people, events and circumstances that have the potential to get you down. However, you don't have to let them keep you down for long.

Much of what comes to you, and happens beyond you, is out of your control. Yet you always can precisely and dependably control what you do with it.

The best thing to do with whatever happens is to find a positive, purposeful way to respond. If something threatens to get you down, choose to do something even more consequential that lifts your world up.

Instead of letting the negativity drain you, create your own empowering positive energy. A positive response is always there, so find it and choose it every time.

Powerful acceptance

Life is as it is in this moment, and it's powerful to be able to accept that. Yet just because you accept what is, here and now, doesn't mean you must be resigned to letting it stay that way.

Yes, you can accept even those things you don't agree with or approve of. It is your acceptance of reality that positions you to change and to improve upon that reality.

Accept the moment, and find great value in it. Accept the situation, whatever it may be, and enable yourself to move positively forward from it.

It can be tempting to simply avoid or deny the truth. Eventually, though, you must accept and deal with the truth, and the sooner you choose to do so, the better.

Visualization can be a powerful tool, yet merely pretending that something is true does not make it so. Visualize the way you desire for life to be, and accept that you must work to make it so.

Accept and embrace the reality of what is. Then take it and make it the best it can be.

A way to be thankful

When you find a way to be thankful for something, you find the value in it. When you find a way to be thankful, you find a way to benefit.

That is especially true when you're thankful for things that would not seem at first to be beneficial. The more you can be thankful for, the more real, meaningful value there will be in your life.

Be thankful for the difficulties. Your gratitude will make them less difficult and much easier to bear.

Be thankful for whatever you've just experienced. In that state of thankfulness you'll find powerful lessons to be learned.

Gratitude enables you to see anything in a whole new, empowering light. Be thankful, and you'll understand how truly rich you already are, and how much more richness you can now create.

Find a way to be thankful, and you'll discover many new ways to move forward. Find a way to be thankful, and you'll see that limitless abundance is yours to live.

Feel a little goodness

Feel a little of life's goodness and let that goodness be magnified throughout your being. Feel a little goodness and make a lot more.

There is goodness everywhere. Open yourself to it, expect to experience it in every situation, and you will.

There are times when it is clear and obvious how truly good life is. Yet even when it is not so obvious, that goodness is most certainly there.

Remind yourself how good life can be, and bring that goodness wherever you are. Share the goodness, and suddenly there is much more.

Instead of assuming that life must be disappointing, give life a chance to be good. Give goodness a place to be in your life, and it will be.

On any given day, whatever the circumstance, life is as good as you allow it to be. Feel a little goodness, then feel a little more, and make life the best it can be.

Start right away

Careful and detailed planning is essential to any achievement, and yet the planning is not the achievement. To achieve any goal you must act on it, and the sooner you begin to act, the better.

The first thing to do is to do something. Instead of speculating, or debating, or making excuses, or wondering, step forward and take action.

You cannot learn what works until you actually do some work. Begin, learn, adjust, and continue acting with growing wisdom and experience until the goal is reached.

Yes, you can benefit greatly from the experience of others. And the way to do that is to continue adding your own experience to it.

If there's something you intend to do, get started. If you don't take the first step immediately, it's not really an intention but merely an empty wish.

You are fully capable and fully deserving of the great, rewarding experience of achievement. Start on it right away, right now, and bring that experience to life.

The opportunity is now

Right now is your opportunity to fully live this day. It's an opportunity that will never come again.

If you waste the opportunity that is now, you are guaranteed to deeply regret it later. If you make the most of the opportunity of today, then tomorrow you'll have access to an even greater opportunity.

To live a rich, fulfilling life, you must do valuable, fulfilling things. Today is when you can choose to do those things.

You can either punish yourself by avoiding the opportunity of now, or you can reward yourself by doing all you can to make the most of it. Think of that when you're deciding how to spend the next moment, and the rest of this day.

There is unclaimed value right in front of you, right now. By giving of yourself and by sincerely making your very best efforts, that value can be yours.

If you wish to fill your life and your world with richness, the opportunity is now. There is so very much to give and to live, so get busy and do it.

Be truly inspired

Be inspired by life, and yet go beyond being merely inspired. Act on your inspirations.

Let life stir your passion, and let that passion push you into action. Let the outstanding, meaningful ideas flow, then do something real and useful with them.

Each time life makes a profound impression upon your heart, resolve anew to make a difference. Take the real goodness you see, and be the living instrument through which it is amplified and expanded.

There is so very much that can inspire you, in the ordinary moments as well as in the extraordinary experiences. Consider each inspiration as a starting point from which you can do truly amazing things.

There is a reason why you feel that warm, right and wonderful sense of inspiration. It resonates so well with you in order to give power and authentic purpose to your actions.

Follow that purpose, and make the most of that power. Be truly inspired to act on your inspirations, and lift all of life to inspiring new heights.

Imagine the best

The life you live is lived first in your imagination. Every step you take is imagined before it is actually taken.

The powerful thing is, you can imagine absolutely anything. So remember to use that power wisely.

There are consequences to whatever you imagine. Make those consequences good ones by filling your imagination with positive, loving and life-affirming visions.

There is no restriction on what you can imagine. So choose to imagine the very best for your life, your world, and all the other people in it.

Your imagination drives your actions in ways you never even realize. The seeds you plant in your imagination will spring to life in the day-to-day reality of your experience.

Just imagine how good and wonderful and fulfilled your life can be. Imagine, and you are well on your way to making it happen.

Be the happiness

Don't waste your time seeking to find happiness. Instead, be the happiness.

Happiness does not come from anything outside of you. Happiness is the way you choose to be.

Yes, you can express your happiness in many wonderful ways that go far beyond you. The consequences of your inner happiness bring beauty and great value to your outer world.

Yet the happiness itself always comes from within. And you can always choose it, no matter what other things may be going on.

Instead of limiting your happiness to just certain situations, let it come alive in any situation. Instead of waiting and hoping for someone or something to bring you happiness, bring it on yourself.

Be the happiness you wish to experience. Let it flow freely from your feelings, your thoughts and your actions today, and always.

Living by intention

Live by intention, not by reaction. Consciously choose your actions and they will be far more rewarding.

Instead of being a slave to the negativity of others, be the master of your own positive and purposeful life. Decide precisely how you wish to live, and then focus your energy on following that course.

Keep in mind that excuses make you a victim, so let go of any urge to create those excuses. Choosing to unconditionally take responsibility for your life is what will make life rich and full.

Living intentionally and responsibly is difficult, inconvenient and won't always make you the most popular person around. Ultimately, though, it is always the choice that creates the true, meaningful value you seek.

Live fully in each moment, but don't live just for the moment. Live so that your very best possibilities continue to unfold as time goes on.

You know that there is great, unique value and goodness within you. Live each day with purposeful intention, and joyfully give that value and goodness to all of life.

Amazing

Life is amazing, so be amazed. Instead of acting like you've seen it all before, live as though you're seeing it all for the first time.

You are in fact experiencing this bright new moment for the very first time. So look carefully, lovingly, and with the highest of expectations.

Take an interest in what you're doing, in where you are, and in every part of life you touch. There is new treasure to be discovered everywhere, so find as much as you can.

Let yourself be curious about whatever crosses your path. Let yourself be fascinated by what you see and what you learn.

There is never any reason to be bored. Embrace a vision of life that is endlessly fascinating and truly amazing.

Wherever you are, whatever you're doing, be amazed. And your life, along with your whole world, will indeed be amazing.

Live your life

Actual problems are problem enough. Don't let yourself be stopped by the mere possibility of problems.

Go ahead and live your life in the way you choose. Though the challenges and setbacks will come along, you have what it takes to deal with them as they appear.

Instead of being intimidated by what might go wrong, let yourself be inspired by all that can go right. Make the choice to live the best life you can imagine, and make the commitment to put forth whatever effort is required for that.

Let the resistance you encounter serve as confirmation that you're moving forward. Let the problems keep you motivated to fulfill your most treasured dreams.

Live your life, today, right now, with the passion, attention and love it deserves. Embrace the abundance and add your own special meaning to it all.

Remind yourself of what a truly great opportunity you have with the dawning of every single day. You have the miraculous gift of life, with its limitless possibilities, so live it with purpose, courage, richness and joy.

Make enjoyment your choice

When you enjoy what you're doing, you're highly effective at it. So whatever you may be doing, make the choice to find something enjoyable about it.

You don't have to wait for a special day or event to start enjoying life. You can enjoy it now, and any time you choose.

Enjoy the challenges as well as the pleasures. Enjoy times of effort and times of relaxation.

Don't ever cheat yourself out of the opportunity for enjoyment. Instead of placing a judgment on the situation, give joy to it.

It makes no sense to put limitations on your enjoyment of life. Make enjoyment your choice, and choose it often.

See if you can enjoy where you are, what you're doing, who you're with, and who you are. The more you enjoy it, the better life is.

Perspective of peace

Nothing can intrude on the peace that is within you. Yet even the smallest thing can cover it up and hide it from your awareness.

Still, it is always there and you can always come back to it. Let go of whatever is blocking that peace, and it is yours to experience again.

Don't let the outer disturbances cover up the peace that is within you. Instead, choose to view those outer events from a confident, peaceful perspective.

When you live from a perspective of peace, you live with great power and effectiveness. When nothing can trouble you, everything is of great value to you.

It is your nature to be at peace and to live with the peaceful power of authentic purpose. Make the decision to connect with that purpose, with that peace, and you will.

The peace you seek is already there. Stop heaping meaningless drama on top of it, and allow that peace to flow freely throughout your awareness.

Choose a positive outlook

Life will always challenge you, yet it never has to defeat you. Even when things are extremely difficult, there is no good reason for despair.

In fact, your best choice is always a positive outlook. That is what will give you the most power to deal with whatever life brings.

Yes, it is certainly possible that things could get worse. However, it is just as possible, and much more preferable, that you act to make life better.

The future hasn't happened yet. A large part of the way it unfolds is up to you, your attitude and your actions.

Make your future the best it can be by making your outlook the best you can imagine. Though it can be easy to be discouraged based on past and present experience, you have a much better choice.

Choose to look forward with the highest, most positive expectations. And get busy bringing those high expectations fully to life.

Willingness to learn

Look back at everything you did yesterday and ask yourself this simple but powerful question. What worked, and what didn't?

The way to improve and to become more effective is to learn. The way to learn is to take the time to look at what actually happened.

You don't need some celebrated guru to reveal to you how to improve your work. You just need the willingness to learn from what you've done.

Instead of getting angry or frustrated about your failures, choose to learn from them. Instead of getting boastful or complacent about your successes, make the choice to learn from them.

Learn what helps you, what holds you back, what makes you more effective and what slows you down. Learn from your encounters, your experiences, your joys, your setbacks and from the surprising twists that life often takes.

In everything is the valuable opportunity to learn if you'll simply decide to do so. Learn from it all, and make each day better than the one before.

Keep working

When you doubt yourself and your efforts, keep working. Your creative energy, persistently applied, will soon make the doubt go away.

When you're simply not making any progress, keep working. The breakthrough you seek may be just one more effort away.

When you've enjoyed a great success, keep working. Instead of resting on your achievements, make them even more meaningful by making good use of them.

When it feels like all your energy is drained, keep working. Your determined efforts will create their own energy.

When you're not sure what to do, keep working. The more you do, the more you learn, and the more clearly you'll be able to see the way forward.

Life works best when you keep working at it. Keep working, and keep making life truly amazing.

The more you give

Nothing is more fulfilling than giving something meaningful to life. Every day provides you with the opportunity to do that.

When all is said and done, what really matters is how much you have chosen to matter. What really matters is the positive difference you have made for those with whom you share this life.

Instead of looking to impress, look to improve. Instead of grabbing for all you can get, discover how much more you can create, and give.

You simply cannot become meaningfully rich by taking. True richness comes from expressing your true nature, which is to make a difference.

The more you give, the better life gets, for you and everyone else. There is enormous value within you, and by genuinely giving of yourself you gain greater and greater benefit from that value.

The reason it feels so good to make a difference is because that's what you long to do. Go ahead and allow yourself to satisfy that longing in as many ways as you can imagine.

Momentum change

Even the smallest positive effort can create a radical shift in your perspective. Even the smallest positive effort can begin to create a powerful, forward-focused momentum.

If it seems you're going through a bad stretch, make the choice to change your momentum. Then step decisively forward and act on that choice.

The way to change something is to do something. You can wish and worry and complain until you're blue in the face, yet nothing good is likely to happen until you act to make it happen.

When you avoid any effort, life can seem endlessly overwhelming. Yet the moment you start to do something you're suddenly connected, almost as if by magic, to all kinds of positive options.

Though you may not feel like it, and though you may have to do it on faith, take a small positive step. Make a little effort in a good and positive direction, and you'll be making a big change in your momentum.

Your actions absolutely can make a difference, so choose to use that power. Act to give your momentum a change for the better, and delight in the new direction in which you're headed.

Wrap your love

Let each thing that happens plant a seed within your spirit. Then nurture that seed so it bears positive, valuable fruit.

Instead of letting a certain occurrence stir up judgment, let it stir up love. Wrap your love around whatever happens, and make it into something good.

From joy, from pain, from pleasure, from disappointment, you can move in a positive direction. It's a choice you can make each day that will surely improve each tomorrow.

There is much in life to love, and your love has a character all its own. Use each moment, each incident, each circumstance as an opportunity to express that love in your unique way.

Wrap your love around life, no matter what life may offer. Wrap your love around life, and you'll make life better in countless ways.

Your love can lift the world higher. Wrap your love around it all, and see how good it can get.
