Greater purpose

You cannot see unless you look. You cannot look if you're obsessed with your own problems and concerns.

Accept for a moment that it's not all about you, and what you see will amaze you. Let go for a moment of the need to impose your will, and the freedom will truly empower you.

Your ego drives you to get useful things done. It can also keep you trapped in a prison of your own making.

Certainly you have purpose and desire and they are vitally important. Yet you exist within the whole of creation, and that is very important too.

The abundance in your life has its source in the limitless abundance of all that is. Your own unique purpose is best advanced when it resonates with an even greater purpose beyond you.

Feel the freedom and see the dazzling beauty of rising above your narrow concerns. From a higher perspective, you'll see possibilities you could not have even dreamed of.

Bend reality

Is there something outside of you that's troubling you? The distress you're feeling is not from the thing itself.

The distress you experience is from what you think of it and the way you feel about it. You can change that in an instant.

You can change what you fear into what you eagerly anticipate. You can change a burdensome problem into a magnificent opportunity.

The vast majority of all that happens in this enormous universe is out of your control. And yet with every bit of it, you can control what it means to you.

Do you fully realize how much power that gives you? Do you understand the unlimited nature of what you can do with whatever you have?

Just by the way you choose to accept and to make use of reality, you can bend that reality to empower your own unique purpose. See what is, accept what is, and use it to achieve your finest dreams.

Dare

Dare to say what you truly think. Dare to express what you really feel.

Preventing yourself from being yourself causes stress, anxiety, frustration and resentment. Give yourself permission to be uniquely beautiful and uninhibited in your living of life.

Dare to attempt things you've never done before. Every well-honed skill you have, was once a new experience.

Dare to question your beliefs. For that is how you make them strong.

Open yourself to the possibility of failure. The fact that success is never a sure thing is what makes it so worth having.

Dare to imagine, and then to intently build that which you've imagined. Dare to dream, and to live that dream with passion and purpose in every moment.

Embrace discipline

Run away from discipline, and it punishes you. Embrace discipline, and it enables you to do magnificent things.

You can decide to discipline yourself, or you will surely and eventually have discipline forced upon you. It is far better to choose it for yourself, so you can fashion with it whatever you desire.

You already have the ability to act with self-discipline. Make use of that ability by making it a constant habit.

Discipline doesn't cost you. It pays, over and over again. Discipline makes what you already have, more valuable. And with discipline you can create much more new value.

Do what is in the best interest of everyone involved, even when it is not comfortable or easy at the moment. Long after the immediate inconvenience and discomfort are gone, you'll be enjoying the rewards of choosing to discipline yourself.

Great richness

Life doesn't have to be perfect to be perfectly wonderful. When you're looking for beauty, any moment will do.

Just as you are, just where you are, is enough to bring out the best you can be. Enjoy simply being, and you'll find great and valuable possibilities in even the most ordinary moments.

Each day is a new and unique gift for you. Lovingly open the gift of this day with gratitude and positive expectation.

Wherever you find yourself is a place where you can discover fresh, new value and create fulfillment. Imagine where the opportunities will take you, and then watch those opportunities pop into view.

Treasure the twists and turns that life will inevitably continue to take. There is great richness to be found in it all.

What you've always wanted

You attempted something and it did not work. But that doesn't mean it will always fail to work.

When you truly desire to find a way, there is a way. Go back and remind yourself why you wanted to do it in the first place.

The obstacles you encounter do not prevent you from getting it done. Those obstacles enable you to get it done in a more creative, effective, realistic and sustainable way.

Right now you are more knowledgeable and experienced than you've ever been. Give it another go, and discover how much more effective you've become.

Don't fret about the opportunities you've missed. Instead, discover how those opportunities have now evolved.

The pathway may look different now, yet it is indeed still there. Confidently take that first step, and begin to do what you've always wanted to do.

Even More

The world will challenge you. Choose to challenge yourself even more, in ways that are meaningfully fulfilling.

There is much that you are expected to do. Choose to do even more, and to greatly exceed those expectations.

Life can often serve up some unpleasant surprises. Choose to always make yourself, and what you do, a pleasant surprise.

Focus not on how little you can get away with. Concentrate on how much you can get done.

Know that there is always an even better way, and find it. Let the triumphs as well as the disappointments of the past inspire you to create a more enriching and fulfilling future.

The quality of the world you live in depends on the quality of value that you're willing to create. Be more than willing, and make your world an even more beautiful place.

Stop worry

What is worry? Worry is intensely visualizing and imagining the reality in your life of something you fear.

And as such, worry can be terribly debilitating. It can often serve to bring about whatever it desires to avoid.

When you feel worry about to overtake you, stop. Stop that worry in its tracks by considering all you have to be thankful for, all the good things you've done, and all you are able to do.

Focus your thoughts on the capabilities and opportunities and possibilities you now have for creating meaningful value. Feel the extent of your power and effectiveness before you feel any fear.

Certainly it is useful and prudent to anticipate and prepare for the problems that may come your way. Yet it is far better to do so from a position of strength rather than mired in the helplessness of worry.

Look confidently forward and know that you can deal with whatever may come. Then get busy bringing the best you can imagine to life.

In the flow

Enjoy doing nothing, and you can enjoy doing anything. Enjoy having nothing, and you can enjoy whatever you have.

Let go of it all, and you truly have it all. Let go of the need, and you experience the fulfillment.

Be at peace with silence, and you'll hear clearly the song of your own purpose. Allow yourself to be confused, and you'll find yourself with new understanding.

Let the moment that is, unfold as it will. With no need to control, you'll have a positive, authentic and empowering influence.

New possibilities flow toward you just as quickly as you fulfill those you already have. Real value comes just as much as you give it.

This is the now that you have. It is as beautiful as you know it can be.

Your will

You have the means to get it done. There is no question of that.

If it's not happening for you, there's really just one thing missing. Somewhere, somehow, you lack the will to do what it takes.

Yes, of course there are all kinds of obstacles. Certainly it is not easy and there are plenty of completely understandable reasons why you have not gotten it done.

Even so, you know it is possible. And indeed it is possible for you.

Excuses won't do it. Commitment, and the focused, persistent action to back it up, are what will get you there.

It's your choice and it's your life. Right now, your greatest possibilities await your will to make them happen.

Power of intention

Go ahead and give it a shot. Nothing is more empowering than successfully doing something you thought you could not do.

When you surpass one assumption, you'll begin to question other limiting assumptions. When you step out of your comfort zone and taste success, you're suddenly confronted with a whole new level of exciting possibilities.

What have you always told yourself that you're not capable of doing? Imagine what would happen if you went ahead and successfully did it.

Your whole concept of what is possible will radically change. Your confidence will skyrocket to amazing levels.

Take the first step, because you know you can go at least that far. You'll quickly discover that the next step is within your reach, and then the next one, and the one after that.

See it through, and succeed at doing what you previously thought you could not do. Feel the full power of your own intention.

Beneficiary of possibility

You are not a victim of circumstance. You are a beneficiary of possibility.

Difficult conditions do not impose a burden. They deliver opportunity, in great abundance.

No matter what happens or what fails to happen, there is always a kernel of goodness and positive possibility to be found. Decide to see it, decide to harness it, decide to make the most of it, and you will.

Circumstances, as powerful and disruptive as they may be, do not have any driving purpose or intention. You, on the other hand, do.

When you connect with that purpose, and energize that intention, you can bring great triumph out of any situation. With a strong and clearly defined purpose, everything becomes an opportunity.

See what is, and translate it into the best of what can be. Any time is right, when you are ready.

Filled with love

You are filled with love that you long to express. And yet all too often you hold it inside.

The times when you feel most fully alive are the times when you act based on love. The greatest value you have to give is the value that comes from your love.

Though you may fear that it will make you vulnerable, love actually gives you great strength. Let yourself love, and let your love flow.

Think of the people you love, the values you love, the things you love to do and the places you love to be. All that love will pull you and guide you toward where you truly belong.

Love challenges you to be who you most authentically are. Love enables you and compels you to find and to give the very best that you have.

Love is exceedingly difficult and unspeakably beautiful all at once. Live in love, and you truly live.

Go steady

A steady rain is the best kind. For it fills the rivers and wells without overwhelming the land.

In the same way, a steady, focused effort is the best kind. For it brings real, lasting value in a dependable and sustainable way.

When you walk somewhere, you don't attempt to cover your maximum possible stride with every step. For you would quickly grow tired and give up.

Doing your best doesn't mean that you must do the most you can possibly do in every single moment. By all means be ambitious, yet pace yourself so that the ambition reliably comes to fruition.

The way to reliably get there is not by taking the biggest steps. The way to get there is by taking enough steps of a size and pace that you can sustain.

The important thing is to keep going. Keep going, sure and steady, and you'll reach whatever destination you have chosen.

The treasure of today

The way this day goes, begins with you. The way this day goes, begins right now.

Your attitude can make today a great one. Your actions can make this day an effective and fulfilling time.

It all begins right now, with how you choose to see it. It all begins right where you are, with what you choose to do.

There is enormous power in your hands right now. You have the power to put meaning, fulfillment and value in this day.

Feel the power of your most beautiful purpose, and get yourself going. Make some steady progress, and keep it up.

The treasure of today is here to be unlocked by who you are and what you do. Now, make that treasure yours.

Determined effort

A powerful, positive determined attitude is never more than a moment away. It is yours the instant you realize that you must move forward.

Though your determination can fade, you can always get it back. Just remember, with all your heart, why you must.

You can get yourself to do what you know you must do. You can find a way to get where you know you must go.

There is great, meaningful and fulfilling accomplishment within you. With focused, determined effort, you have what it takes to let that accomplishment come out and be realized.

You've done it before and you can do it now. Supply yourself with some true motivation, and you will begin to act.

The power of your determination is ready to be put to work. Feel the possibilities with all you are, and give that determination something great to do.

A destination

Life is dynamic and constantly changing. Because of that, your direction is much more important than your position.

Are you moving forward or are you sliding backwards? Wherever you may be, you can begin moving forward at any time.

Though it may take a long while to get there, you can begin going there right now. And doing that can make all the difference in the world.

When there's something desirable, something truly meaningful on the other side of the challenge, you'll find a way through the challenge. Give yourself that powerful advantage.

Give your life a beautiful, fulfilling destination. Give yourself something you'll be excited and enthusiastic about working toward, no matter what.

Point your thoughts, your focus and your actions in a positive and meaningful direction right now. And begin immediately to benefit from the fulfillment of your dreams.

Take the pressure off

What's the best way to take the pressure off yourself? Do something about it.

How do you rid yourself of that burdensome frustration? Do something about it.

There is much you can do to make it better. And when you're sick and tired of feeling the pressure, then you're highly motivated to take positive action.

Instead of complaining about how bad it is, envision how good it can be. Then get busy bringing that vision to life.

Take the initial step, and suddenly you've changed the whole dynamic. What was a problem begins to become an opportunity.

When life gets tough, take that toughness and make it your own. Then make something beautiful and positive out of it.

Feel encouraged

The world will not always offer you encouragement. Often you must supply your own.

Many times you'll have good reason to feel sorry for yourself. Yet you can just as easily choose to feel encouraged about yourself.

Reach deep inside and find the goodness that is always there, the goodness you may have forgotten about. Feel the positive purpose that nothing can take away from you.

You are worthy and relevant, effective and capable of the very best. Remind yourself often.

Keep in mind that every disappointment is temporary. Every frustration can be overcome.

There is every reason to persist, to endure and to move forward with the most positive of expectations. Because deep within, you know you can.

What you must do

What you have to do today is not a burden. It is a blessing.

It is your opportunity to make a difference. It is your opportunity to create value.

Because of what you must do today, you will learn and you will grow. You'll strengthen your skills and have the chance to improve your effectiveness.

True fulfillment does not come from having things easy. It will come when you positively and enthusiastically work through each challenge.

Be thankful for the work you must do, whatever it may be. Choose to make that work a positive expression of the best of who you are.

Stand up, step forward and get busy. Enjoy bringing to life the unique value that is yours to create.

See the possibilities

Look and listen, feel and know. What you sincerely seek will come within your reach, if you simply allow it and see it.

Opportunity rarely looks the way you thought it would. Open your heart and open your mind to recognize it.

Each day, coming your way, is a fast-flowing stream of seemingly random events. Somewhere within them are the ones you asked for.

For each dream you have, life gives you the possibilities for achieving that dream. Your job is to see those possibilities and to act on them.

When you wish to go new places, you must accept that the road will be unfamiliar. Go with what feels right, even though it feels a little uncomfortable.

What you seek is coming to you. See it and have the faith to fully live it.

Examine your weaknesses

Don't be afraid to examine your weaknesses. In them you'll find some of your greatest potential.

Certainly you can always make improvements to what you already do well. Yet at best, those will be incremental improvements.

Consider, though, what happens when you work on overcoming your weaknesses. The results in your life can be revolutionary.

In fact, transforming a weakness into a strength can make all your other strengths more effective. When the weakness is no longer holding you back, every part of your life will see the benefits.

Be thankful for your strengths. And be honest about your weaknesses.

For when you are clear about what you cannot yet do well, that's the first step to improvement. Any weakness can be transformed into strength when you simply have the courage to grow.

The results will come

Though each effort does not bring an immediate result, keep going. The results will come.

Every achievement requires many efforts. Those individual efforts combine with each other to bring the desired result.

So keep going. Keep adding one effort on top of the ones before it.

And all the while, learn. Learn what works and what does not, and adjust your efforts to become even more effective.

Keep going, keep learning, keep working and keep getting better. Every day, every effort brings you closer.

Persistence is the way you prove you really want it. Persist, and you will have it.

Exceedingly thankful

There are so very many good things in your life right now. Whatever may be, you always have plenty of great reasons to be exceedingly thankful.

Of course there are problems and challenges and difficulties. Yet there are even more opportunities for fulfillment and possibilities for joy.

Instead of complaining about what you don't have, be truly thankful for all the goodness and richness that you do have. Instead of resenting those who have wronged you, remember and rejoice for all those people who have lifted you up.

When you find yourself worrying about what might be coming, stop. Recall with gratitude that you've made it through every challenge, and know with confidence that you can forge success out of whatever comes your way.

Even those deepest desires that are yet unfulfilled give you plenty of reason to be thankful. For you can eagerly look forward to the deeply satisfying experience of bringing those desires to life.

Feel how good it is and feel how empowering it is to fill yourself with gratitude. With a thankful heart, you'll lovingly and successfully make your world an even better place.
